Custom cakes designed by Vicky are amazing!! Can't speak to the customer service of the store but I can say that I've ordered and completely redesigned two custom cakes with the help of Vicky. She makes them quickly (one same day) and they are creative, whimsical and delicious. She is a gem!!

One of the most terrible Baskin Robbins I’ve been to. Customer Service is not there at all. The staff doesn’t greet cyst nor do the managers. Today they had 3 employees and a manager walking around. It took them 5-7 minutes to greet me, with only one customer in the store. When I was helped, they had no waffle cones at 5:00 pm? I asked about making more and the employee acted as if it was a chore….” It would take about 15 minutes for us to make a WHOLE batch of waffle cones”…. Terrible! Go elsewhere.

Customer service was wonderful and the ice cream and donuts were delicious. I sat in there with my friends and enjoyed my meal. The place is very clean and welcoming. They allowed us to do art in here for a long time. These employees were wonderful and deserve a raise.

i doordashed half choc chip half oreo and an employee named mecca literally took vanilla ice cream and stuck an oreo in it. when i called she got an attitude with me and claimed she “didn’t see it on the ticket”, instead of just calling to resolve it before sending it out like anyone with common sense would do. absolutely 0 decorum or politeness either

Guess I’ll add to the already low reviews that the regional or district or store owner cares nothing about lbs. I’ve been trying for 2wks to get a waffle bowl. I’ve went to the store on 3 different occasions and they NEVER have waffle bowls. They have this butterscotch blondie advertisement on the window in a waffle bowl but I can never get what’s shown. The crew tells me they only make 3 waffle bowls!!!! Why?!?! When you have this ad up you should make enough for the demand. It’s so annoying. I just don’t understand ?

Went there today with a few friends, its actually Baskin Robbins with Dunkin Donuts very neat place they have and location is good as well I ordered the flavor of the month which was Gingerbread house it was actually quite good, not too sweet or overpowering of spice and then I had a Caramel Cappuccino Blast very good as well, the staff were ok, but overall good place to go and get a donut and/or ice cream.Update from today, went with a few friends, ordered a Peach Passionfruit refresher with green tea, tasted amazing and ordered 2 donuts glazed and the Buccaneers tribute Raise the flag donut Which is basicalñy a glazed donut with white frosting and red sprinkle its was very delicious. Staff was very nice and kind and it honestlythe place felt very cozy. Overally I love coming to this Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin Donuts, I highly reccomend.

I have lived in the area for 25+ years. This Baskin-Robbins never has bananas for their bananas splits or any of the toppings for their ice cream sundaes. They barely have the full menu. It's an embarrassment when my people look up the nearest Baskin-Robbins in the area, I always direct them to Campbell's Dairyland down the street. They have everything offered on their menu.

First they didn’t have the flavor I wanted then I asked for a different flavor they ended up still giving me a flavor I DID NOT ASK FOR! the lady took it back & still didn’t give me the flavor I asked for instead of saying they didn’t any of the flavors I asked for they gave me a flavor that I did not want. will not be returning back you guys need to restock and do better

Worst experience EVER! The employees are undertrained and clueless at what they are doing. Seriously, Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts was my very first job and they made it so much harder than it was. When I first walked in there was a nice family ordering ahead of me then a line formed after me. Problem one.... Nobody knew where the line began and none of the employees knew hope to do the customers to start a line. Then even though I was the next in line I was completely skipped over. When the young lady asked me what I wanted she just blinked at me like a deer in headlights and walked away proceeding to take the next person's order. Then when I got to the register the same young girl proceeded to take my order. Finally I asked her for a receipt which she wanted to argue with me saying she already gave me one. Which she did, only thing was it was the wrong receipt. It was somebody else's receipt. So again RUDE! When all was said and done I was the last one in the restaurant waiting for my order. Because nobody knew what it was, so I ended up repeating my order to the lady making the ice creams and when I told me order she walked away saying "I don't make coffee drinks!" I finally got my order and got the **** out of there. What should have been be a quick stop for ice cream ended up being a 45 min. Of bad customer service. Worst experience ever.

I've never been ignored by 3 people simultaneously before... Standing directly in front of the ice cream counter for 10 minutes while my PRE SCOOPED pint melts... No one in front of or behind me, no one at the drive through window. Wow.

Tge worst dunking donuts and Baskin Roberts ever last week I went for a dozen donuts they had only 2 flavors today I went for some munchkins they only had 3 flavors people hardly eat ask for a banana split ask to pick my flovors they only had one the staff was terrible the lil dark cashier who served me look like that's the place she want to be no one was to the counter when I came in had to call for service no other customer wad in the store sad people l e who want jobs can't get them because if rude staff like these please restaff

I went here and waited a long time no one greated me. All employees looked at me and my family but no one ever said be right with you. Upon minutes later she didn’t greet us. She pointed at us, to take our order, When my children were speaking their ice cream orders she stayed at the counter? My youngest daughter was given a broken display cone, that broke when we exited the door. The customer is front of us received a free order and was greated when he walked to the counter, because he knew the employee. The female employee who made our order roled her eyes the whole entire time while preparing our order. I’m not sure what is going on here, but no one seems happy.
