Learn to answer the phoneUpdate: After calling a different branch that picked up immediately I recommend going to them over this branch. Seems to be they are more concerned with answering poor reviews quicker than answering their phones for clients that do business at their branch. Oh well :)

Vennell was beyond exceptional! He was caring and understanding of our needs, and provided a level of customer service that’s hard to find anywhere anymore. The location itself is very spacious and clean, with enough seating in the event a client has to wait to be seen.

Went to the bank to make a deposit floor manager immediately greeted me and asked what service I was looking for. He quickly explained that I do not need to stay in line to make a simple deposit. He showed me how to do it via the ATM located inside. Even walked me thru the process step by step. Excellent customer service.

This bank provides extremely poor customer service. Starting from the lady who greets you at the entrance to the staff members who are supposed to assist you, the overall experience is highly unsatisfactory. When I entered the bank to conduct some business, I had to speak with a specific staff member. The lady at the front desk instructed us to have a seat and assured us that the staff member would assist us once he was finished with his current customers. However, after they left, the staff member went to the back and returned to engage in a conversation with the lady at the front desk, completely disregarding our presence. To make matters worse, another lady walked in, and despite the receptionist mentioning and even pointing at us, the staff member chose to attend to the new arrival instead of us. It is incredibly frustrating to consistently encounter such subpar customer service.

Pick and choose who they take care of went in to take care of some business that we could only do there and they made us wait then took others ahead of us that came in after us. I know why I don’t bank here for sure.

Adriana was very helpful and friendly when I went to open my BoA account and I highly recommend her services! Multiple ATMs and conveniently located in Brandon.

For some people they follow protocol for others they don’t. I watched the rep give out 2 cashiers checks before me no verification All of a sudden I have to triple verify. Also the wait time here is ridiculous! Do not recommend!

Terrible... Not enough tellers and loan personal. Set appointments to a certain time to meet and they have you wait an hour to speak with someone.

Always has long waits. Only one person on a Monday at 9am. I understand there may be a staff shortage but let’s cross train. You have personal bankers and greeters if they are not with a customer should be able to jump behind the counter to help out. It seems to be the same issue base of the previous complaints. When will it be resolved?

They have 4 windows to serve people but there is one employee there . I had to stay 30 minutes to do very quick and simply process.Thats stupid.

I have so much time to wait in the teller line that it seemed proper to leave this review. There are multiple individuals working at the branch today, at least 4 that I can see in the front and maybe more could be in the back. However, only one is at the teller booth managing all the customers, one at her office space and the other two are not using their time wisely. They are just walking around and taking on roles that are less than adequate for the current situation. Management at this branch seems highly ineffective and it doesn't seem like efficiency is at the top of management's mind.

Work for a company and everytime we try to go to bank minimum 30 minute wait! Usually only has 1 teller. I use to work for a bank and we had our Customer Service people run teller windows to help with lines. Walked in and atleast 20 people in line. Line to the door. That is unacceptable when our employees need to get back to work. Definitely looking into changing banks! Guy just left and said he waited 2 hours! Really???

Arrived at this location at 2pm, the branch had one commercial teller and one teller for the line. I was in line for 30 minutes, during that time both tellers completed one customer transaction.

I can’t believe this every Bank of America only has one teller they don’t care about there service and there rude but there fees keep going up it doesn’t make since horrible service !!!!!!nothing has changed still long lines poor service

Just worthless.I had a problem that couldn’t be solved online or in app.I bit the bullet to go into the branch and try my luck at a solution.The gentleman at the front told me to call customer care, which I’ve already done. I’m now stuck in a feedback loop in the middle of the lobby and literally no one’s interested in assisting. 3 unoccupied bankers and no one looking.I’ve been with BofA for 14 years and have never had to deal with nonsense like this. I was literally told to go home and figure it out.I then went through the teller line and the teller had a totally different story and was able to solve the issue in 5 minutes after I spent an hour dealing with their door man trying to turn me away.They should tear this place down and leave a vacant lot, it would get the same amount of work done, people would show up, and be turned away.
