We were able to discuss our ideas among ourselves without any pushy salesperson interruption with sales pitch. However, they answered questions we ask like pros and were available for any help or advice we needed or wanted. Very courteous!

Gerry was amazing! Very helpful, very knowledgeable and extremely patient while we were narrowing our choices down. We walked away with our new living room and dining room and smiles on our faces. We are planning on coming back to visit Gerry again to purchase some more pieces once the construction is complete.

Jerry is the best! Not only has he helped me on 3 purchases but he has went way above and beyond!
He's been so wonderful and caring that I actually feel almost like he's family!
I am just blown away by the time he has spent helping me in situations with purchases that I honestly had no idea what I was doing.
If I wasn't alone and still had family left, I would envite him and his family to spend Christmas with me! That's how much his kindness has truly affected my life!

We always enjoying shopping and purchasing from Badcock. Great friendly atmosphere. Store layout and lighting is welcoming and not crowded with too much furniture. Nice to move easily around the store. Professional and friendly sales associates. A one stop shopping, purchasing and financing event for us.

When I come in the store monthly before I get to the counter two of the employees normally call me by name All of them know me I've been a customer there for the last 4 years makes me feel good when they greet me by name and they're very helpful and as a veteran when I purchase items in the store I get my veterans discount they see to that I appreciate a store a business that recognizes veterans.

During COVID I wanted to get a small sectional and a recliner and I went online and applied with Badcock but had issues trying to make the purchase so I called Brandon Badcock to see if they could help. I came in contact with the most amazing, caring and unique man who works there,Jerry. He had another employee who was a woman about my size try out every position possible in the few recliners I was looking at, and I did end up buying the sectional,the lazy boy recliner and a sofa table set. Every time I had any questions or minor problems I didn't even deal with calling customer service, I would call Jerry. He is such a wonderful, kind and caring man. He goes above and beyond what any sales person or manager that I've ever dealt with and I've called that poor man so many times the past year, I actually know his work schedule! But he reminds me of the days when I was growing up and shopped at places, and back then the employees in stores sometimes became like family. I haven't felt that way about anyone in any of the places I have frequented in decades! His patience and genuine caring really stand out, I went into the store today and purchased a mattress and adjustable base with him and he took alot of time having me try different mattresses and because I have some physical problems,as I believe we are all human and he does as well,he really wanted me to get the best mattress I could for comfort and durability. What a wonderful, wonderful man he is! I've bothered him so much over the past year and he has ALWAYS helped me, even returning calls when he wasn't working or was with other customers! He reminds me of my uncle who passed away in 2009 who was like a father to me. I actually cried when I left the store today because he truly made me feel like I was family and that's something that I haven't felt from anyone since my mom passed in 2018.. I just hope that we always stay in contact because he's touched my heart in a way I didn't believe was possible since I thought it had turned to stone after I lost my mom. I recommend if you need help over online issues or you go to the Badcock in Brandon, definitely ask for him. He will go above and beyond and you will see what I mean when I say, he truly truly cares!
