Absolutely horrible experience since the beginning, They don't know what they are doing , completely clue less 99% of the time , and management answer to any problem is call costumer service, lack of training and knowledge as well as a common sense

Jill was absolutely wonderful! She immediately set up my wireless account and told me about the discounts I can get to keep my bill low. Very sweet and helpful, absolutely love her! She helped to keep my toddler calm when she started getting upset that she had to be still and close to us instead of running around. Adrianna was also very sweet and gave my daughter some cookies while I was helping to get the account set up. Overall amazing! I’m very happy coming to AT&T!

Anthony was amazing and helped me and my son, with our new phones and save our data, best customer service I have experienced in any phone store. Would recommend him to all my friends .

I came in to buy a new phone since it was time for an upgrade. We called ahead to see if the phone I wanted was in stock since other stores we checked did not have it. Michael answered and checked for us and then told us to ask for him when we came in. The store was very clean and organized. We had no wait and Michael took care of us. He was very kind and answered all our questions, which made our visit a 5/5 star experience!

As far as ATT stores go, this one is pretty top-notch. Service is fast and efficient, and it never seems understaffed. One of their younger salesmen is a little pushy, though, trying to act like he understood my job to try and sell me a smart watch, even after saying no... But they get you in and out pretty quick, which is important to me.

Well. I went in to have them show me how to deactivate Active Armor on my phone.I wasn’t getting any calls it sent everything to voicemail.Lady I called from AT&T said “come in we have to do special stuff to it”They needed all the security info I had and a license that I lost so the guy totally walked away said we can’t help you.Found my passport gave it to him.Went to active armor set everything to off and handed me the phone “ It’s done”. ?My face is seriously unlocking my phone. The guy could have simply said. Turn everything off in your settings in Active Armor, cancel subscription then delete the App. I spent 30 minutes in there no wait and there was no “special stuff” to be done.Simply go to App and turn all buttons off.What are they thinking? We’re they just being difficult.It’s like asking them what phone case fits my phone? They say we’ll need 2 forms of identification, 3 relatives names, your pin, driver’s license, social security number and you mothers maiden name to sell me a iPhone 13 case.NOTE! When I downloaded Active Armor to reduce spam calls. The spam calls ramped up 50% getting 20 calls ROBO in a 10 second time frame. At least 10 other spammers in a day.Active Armor now gone off my phone. I get no ROBO calls, a couple spammers a day sometimes I go 2 days without a spammer calling.What better way to sell a product by trying to get rid of 20 spam calls a week only to realize I just paid $4.99 a month to now get 80 spam calls a week and simply because they are showing showing up “blocked” you think this is the best thing ever.ACTIVE ARMOR will have you googling 15 numbers a day to find out they’re reported on ROBO killer as spam, fraud and so on.If you like being a detective googling every spam number calling you and blocking everyone in your contacts list then you’ll love Active Armor.

Corena was very helpful to me as I went in trying to get a new phone plan. She was very friendly & greeted us so nicely. She’s a great person to work with & I would definitely recommend her if you’re looking to switch to AT&T (which I would also recommend ?)

Today I had the pleasure of working with both Adriana and Taylor. The issues we encountered the past 2 days were very tedious but Adriana was veryyyy patient and worked very hard to get everything situated. Taylor joined in to help and we were able to get everything I needed taken care of. Huge kudos to the both of you and thank you so much for the excellent customer service, your patience and making sure I didn’t leave the store with what I needed and then some. I’m super happy with everything purchased today and again THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP !!!

False claims of Military Discounts. Don't believe the hype. Presented in person DD214 and Military I.D. at Brandon, Florida location. By the time I got in the car heading home, email received stating they were "unable to verify......"
