My wife and I have gotten 15 tattoos at this location between the 2 of us (9 and 6, respectively) and it has every time been a wonderful experience! We always book with Caitlyn and have yet to walk away disappointed. Her prices are fair, she's offers a very friendly presence, and her work is topnotch :) 5/5, absolutely recommend!

Got a nose piercing from Matty. Everything was very clean!!! He did a great job explaining aftercare and even though he had people waiting he was personable and never made me feel rushed. I highly recommend Matty!!

I love this place!! I’ve gotten a few tattoos from Anna, all of them I’m over the moon with<3 I’ve also gotten my bridge and medusa pierced here and both were very well done. I also got my septum stretched after having it out for a while and Matty did a a great job comforting me while I was crying in the hot seat, tbqh

I been here a million times but today, I had to pay out of my pocket for a fee for paperwork. It was only ten dollars but it seems sketchy. The lady at the company said she doesn’t get paid for that and i’m really blowed cause this has never happened to me. Also, I came here last year and my nose piercing was $30 and it went up to $50? In a matter of months?? I could have went elsewhere and paid half the price. The piercer did a fabulous job but my only complaint was the price for paperwork that I had to cash app. My sons’ ear was 30 and I could have also got that for half the price. Seems sketchy to me.

Today I visited the store as a walk in. When I was there I talked to a guy who I thought was the front desk and I showed him what I wanted to do. He told me that the “artist” was with a client and that in 1 hour or 1 and a half she would be ready for me. I asked him if she could make an appointment for me and he notified me that it was not necessary because she already knew that we were next. The same guy suggested that we go to eat and be back at the agreed time. When we arrived, the “artist” told us that she was going to see what she could do because she had taken a walk in and that we could not leave the building to secure the space, something they never told us. The “artist” is irresponsible and have a nasty attitude when it comes to talking to clients… I understand why she didn't have any scheduled appointments (she was just taking walk ins) but she only took walk ins because she is a person you can't trust. Thank you Caitlyn with C for wasting my time, you deserve what you have .l.
