This location desperately needs an overhaul. The atmosphere is disorderly, with unfriendly employees, some still wearing masks (in 2024!), making communication difficult. Astonishingly, they’ve placed a masked employee at the front of the store to greet customers and check them in for services, making this issue more noticeable as you can hardly understand him.My main issue stems from bringing in my MacBook Pro for a “battery service.” Granted it’s five years old and battery replacement is expected. However, the unacceptable aspect is their excruciatingly long service wait times. Why should it take 3-5 business days when they claim it’s an hour to two hour job, especially when they have the battery in stock?Fortunately there’s another local business that’s Apple certified, offering same day service for a slightly higher price. It’s a small premium to avoid the frustration of dealing with this location and its endless wait times. I would suggest you save yourself the hassle and avoid this Apple location.

Don’t bother going if your Apple product isn’t new or wasn’t bought directly from Apple. Not only was the employee extremely condescending but everytime I call Apple or the Apple Store I have to jump through hoops of fire to even attempt to get any help. This store and all the other times Apple has left me to dry is exactly why I’m never buying another Apple product ever again.

Remember when Apple strove for a great customer service experience? Yeah, like the meme Pepperidge farm remembers. Management here is aloof and stale, hiding behind corporate generic statements with no desire to helpful unless you’re interested in pursing the Apple Virus Pro. Sad state of affairs.

Took my phone iPhone 13 max pro due to it, not powering on the technician looked at my phone and told me they could not fix it told me I had to buy a new phone . I took it to the cell phone repair shop right outside their location and the guy fixed it this place is a scam I feel like the technician was trying to make commission !!

Sat here waiting for a tech no one came and acknowledged us...we waited over 30 minutes with their employees walking back and forth....tried stopping them to see why are we just sitting here and no one is helping us...they walk past you so fast and hurry to their back room....still sitting here with not one person apologizing for us waiting....horrible experience left with a bad headache and still not one person helped

I had an issue with my Mac so took it in for tech assistance.The tech thoroughly explained my issue without upselling! he gave options so that I could make an informed decision. The lack of pressure sales is a big PLUS!!

bOUGHT A NEW PHONE. gOT IT HOME AND SO MUCH DATA DID NOT TRANSFER. i SPENT 6 hours TRYING TO GET THE NEW PHONE TO WORK. BLUETOOTH DEVIVES WON'T PAIR. I THINK THE PHONE ITSELF IS DEFECTIVE. NOW I AM GOING TO HAVE TO SPEND ANOTHER 2-3 HOURS IN THE STORE AND SO MUCH OF MY DATA IS GONE.A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

Went in for a scheduled battery appointment. After 20 minutes was told they didn’t even have the battery in stock, it would take 3-5 days to get there which is pathetic and was told their sister branch had it in stock but the wait time was questionable. Why even let me schedule battery repair when you don’t have the battery in stock? That’s insane.

The employees at the store constantly go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I received a new Apple Watch Series 9 as a trade-in, and I couldn't be happier with it. Maddie and Alexander are the finest technicians!
