Been going here for blood tests for years. September is always courteous, always kind, always compassionate, always timely, always skillful in her job! Blood tests don't break my budget and the results are emailed quickly! Thank you September that I don't hate getting blood drawn!

Rudest place only one in the place and had to wait 30 to be seen while the lady took her time getting packages for the UPS why couldn't she get the package done after she took me whitch only take me less then 5 minutes to be seen but made me wait untill she was done p.s your website says you close at 6 not 5:45 also i got there at 5:30 lets say 5:35

September was amazing! She was so helpful, kind and the best stick! I didn’t even feel the needle! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes both times I’ve gone to this location. Thank you for making getting lab work done an efficient and great experience!

To anyone that is thinking about using this place for their Labs SHOULD NOT !! If you're going to spend that kind of money on your labs (we paid around $600) go somewhere that you are appreciated .. this was the first time coming here , September is her name , and she is the only one working there . When we walked in , we already felt anxiety from her . She was on the phone with someone and she was having attitude . My husband and I looked at each other and said we should go somewhere else because we won't get go service here . But because we didn't have enough time to go somewhere else and pick up our child from school so we decided to stay . Bad bad idea ... we recieved our results thru email and was told that she has already faxed it over to the doctor as well . Well 5 days later , the doctor still has not gotten it . I called September and asked her nicely to fax it again and also made sure it was the correct fax number . She had me speak the fax number to her and she said yes that's the one she's been faxing and everytime it's busy and won't go thru . So I said oh ok , well can you try now to see if it goes thru , she refuses to . She kept saying " LIKE I SAID .. I've been and it's busy" ... so I said ok I will call the doctor to see if they are having issues with their fax .. and they checked and said no , that they've been getting fax from everywhere coming in . So I called September back and just asked her please can you try and fax it again , that's the doctors office has no issues with their fax .. and she was annoyed and irritated and said "well LIKE I SAIDDDD ... I have been faxing and it's busy .. there's nothing I can do ... well I have to go now and hung up ... so now I have to go print out the results and drive all the way to plant city to give them the results .. thank God I had ask to have the results emailed to me AND FAXED .. or else I would have never gotten my results .. when we was there , she looked very miserable .. and annoyed .. should have left and brought my money somewhere else . She told us that she's taking over that business , right now she's working there only .. so that's why I wrote this review so the owner could read it and know what this lady is doing to his business . UNACCEPTABLE ... RUN FROM THIS PLACE

The owner of this store need to be proud of the store employer september - she is a professional , empathetic and is an amazing employee - we went for a blood test from an external vendor test kit for a 6 year old kid (just an fyi: we encountered a horrible experience from another any lab test now from wesley chapel, where we had a worst experience with that employee , she was not only rude and unprofessional but un empathetic)So we had to run to the brandon store as the store names match. Here fortunately we had an exact opposite reaction after the way september dealt with us. We are so happy the way we are returning now with our kid. Thank you so very much september you are an amazing worker and keep doing your good job. The world runs with such good and great people who puts their soul in the work they do and behave with customers. If i were the store owner i would have appreciated and given her a big bonus for the upcoming holidays.

Liz was a great tech. Very professional and prompt, but knowledgeable and didn’t rush either! Great job!!September is a fantastic employee in a league of her own!! She really did care about my needs and she was even checking daily on my results for me and really got them to me within minutes of her receiving them. Really went above and beyond for me and it’s hard to find good help like that, especially these days, thank you September! 10 out of 10 stars…highly recommend

Absolutely ridiculously overpriced, different prices over the phone vs in person, went in for a lab test, they wanted 200 + dollars, went right across the street to med x press and paid 40 for it all.
