Sadly I have a bad experience with renters insurance; had to pay 2 or 3 times for the same transaction due to their internal errors, then seems like they did not process correctly and at the end they submitted my transaction to collections.

Don’t bother with Anthony and his team - Save Time, money, and frustration by going elsewhere.
I tried to be a loyal customer for years and got no where when I needed help. Even gave him referral business.
“I’ll call you back” but it never happens. Premium increases because the policy is no longer considered “a new policy” and all kinds of excuses.
According to Anthony, he can only contact his corporate office to resolve issues via email.
So, getting anything resolved is as challenging as getting Peggy or Anthony to give you a call back.
I went with Geico and save thousands.

Not only did Mr. Anthony save me over $600 for my 6mo premium but he also was able tod rop my deductible from $500 to $100 while increasing my policy coverage!! WHAT!!
THATS NOT EVEN THE BEST PART
Not only did he help me and my fiance save $$ but he was more than happy to help provide ALL kinds of information pertaining to the policy, and our needs. This man is hands down THE PERSON you want to go to for not only a insurance but shoot even if it's just a quote...

Mr. Ifasi never returns phone calls or emails, and he has no interest in details. Perhaps he should pursue another profession! I have switched to a different Allstate office.

I wish we could give negative stars. Mr. Ifasi was more than helpful when he wanted to issue a policy, and now that it's issued he's MIA whenever I call for assistance. When I first contacted him, I was (apparently, falsely) under the impression that he was an agent that I could call for assistance. Now that I'm calling to find out why my insurance premium increased by $600, he's MIA. He never advised me that the policy premium would increase. He did tell me is I could decrease my premium with auto draft. I guess when I called Mr. Ifasi he found an opportunity to make money from an older lady. I feel like I am a victim of a bait and switch scheme. The fact that he is not returning my calls solidifies in my mind that he had every intention of deceiving me just to sell an insurance policy. It sickens me to think that he may be continuing to receive a financial benefit from the policy each time it renews.

In the year that I have had a policy through Anthony Ifasi's office, never once have I received a response to any of my phone calls or emails. I've never had a agent that just didn't seem to exist. I've been trying to cancel my auto policy for almost a month now because I got coverage through a different carry and would like my refund, but I can't get through to anyone for ANY kind of assistance. I would leave zero stars if I could for this terrible service.
