Needed to help someone out with an electric bill so with their info and Teco account number ran up to AmScot to pay the bill. It doesn’t get easier than this folks. Well, actually it does but I mean when you’re paying someone else’s bill. They have pens, forms and if you’re willing to accept them, they have Tootsie Rolls. I don’t take them cause they’re not the greatest for my teeth. Fill out the Teco card, hand over the payment, grab the change and out the door you go to get on with the rest of your day.

Today at the Brandon location I was treated really bad by a staff member by the name of Nick he yelled at me while holding a phone to his face. I was patiently waiting for a staff member to service me. I waited over 5 mins I watch Nick the whole time while he stood at a computer typing there was a person who walked in and went to a glass window facing him. That person got service before me nick took that person papers and began to take care of them before me and I was still waiting to be service. I did not like that so finally a staff member came up to my window and I explained what had just happened and nick denied everything then he begin to argue with me in front of all his co workers and there was peoples inside of the building who witnessed it all I never been treat like this before nick was very rude and unprofessional. He also told me to contact corporate on him like it was cool what he did in said to me this is unacceptable I’m a black women nick service a caucasian male before me racism still exists and it’s hurts me a lot and brought tears to my eyes when I got inside my car I cried. The way I was treated and yelled at this made amscot look bad Nick should be fired how he spoke to me today. It’s all on camera I hope the manager take a look at what happened today. Nick your Spirit should not be inside amscot leave that attitude at home or for the streets.

Felt disrespected by Yvonne at the lumsden rd store. She told me the check I wanted cashed was counterfeit! She had me wait while she called supervisor. Check was written on a business account and she could not cash it. Acted indignant and cold towards me like I was a conn artist.

AWESOME!!!! OUTSTANDING!!!! and VERY ENGAGING….is how I would describe Ms. Ada from Amscot in Brandon, FL!!
She helped me with sending over $8,000 to pay off my vehicle and she helped me to track the payment until the company was paid. She is a Professional with high standards and I would definitely refer my friends and family to this store!!

Every month I go to amscot to send money to Peru. Today I received the worst customer service of my life. I waited patiently for 30 minutes and the person who was supposed to take care of me. Attended to 2 other people who came after me. When I asked him why he was helping them and not me he said it was because my transaction took longer than theirs. Even though my transaction was much shorter than theirs. Before he finished the transaction with the other people, the manager came out and was surprised to see me still standing there. The manager told him to help me immediately after his current customer. After helping me he just handed me my paperwork and left without saying I'm sorry for you waiting so long or thank you for your patience He didn't even have the decency to acknowledge me at the end of the transaction. I'm not upset about waiting 30 minutes because if I have to wait I'll wait but I'm upset about the lack of acknowledgement and respect.
