Went in Sunday, 3/2/25. There was a girl, at the counter, clicking away on a computer. She never acknowledged my husband or myself. The store was empty except for us. After locating the shoes I wanted to try on, that I saw online, I took them to the girl and asked if they had the shoes in a 9. At that moment, a guy came from out, from the back room.
She asked him to get me the size 9, and she continued to click away on the computer.
After a few minutes, the guy returned with a nine, and handed me the box.
I tried the shoes on. Hmmmm……would an 8 1/2 be better? Would a 9 1/2 be a little longer? I’ll never know, because after contemplating for about 10 minutes, and realizing no one was coming to try to sell me shoes……..I returned the 9s in the box to the girl at the counter, busy clicking away on the computer still. (The guy never materialized again). She said: Those work for you?
I said no. And walked down to Michael Kors and bought 2 pairs of shoes, since in their empty store, I had 2 ladies more than happy to help me…….even ordering the tan pair for me to be shipped to my home.
Too bad the clicking on the computer was so important to the girl. Too bad the back room was so important to the guy.
$189 could have been Aldo’s.

Don’t shop there if you want Aldo go any other branch than Brandon Westfield Florida They hire the rudest employees ever a Spanish girl work at night shift there has a very rude manner very offensive with no reason even they shut the store down 15 minutes earlier than the mall I saw them closing rushed and didn’t try to enter just from outside I was asking what the price of a bag she refused to answer me and closed the gate more on me to prevent me and said sorry we are closed at 9:46 while the mall close at 10 I told her will not make a purchase just check the price for me so I make decisions to come tomorrow she refuse to answer me hope the manger read my review and do something

Customer service is a lost art. But this review is for the company and not for the employees. Given that you make big profits on your business, it would be fair if you pay your employees a decent salary so that they want to come back to work.

Amie was sooooi helpful, she was kind and gave honest opinions on apparel! Needed help finding a casual yet formal sandal to match my outfits and she directed me pretty quickly towards where I needed to be.

Started out well girl on the floor was very nice. Girl in the cash register took her time then assisted a customer mind you only two customers including me in the store and it took 25 minutes to buy a single pair of shoes ridiculous and on top of that gave me an attitude. Worst service at the mall I’ve ever had

Customer service was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I walked into the store to purchase a pair of $90 shoes that I wanted for my birthday. Upon entering the store no one greeted me or asked if I needed any help. There were a total of 4 sales reps in the store. Only one of them was busy assisting another customer. The others stood around and were doing nothing. I waited in the store for 20 minutes hoping that someone would assist me with my purchase, unfortunately no one did. As I was turning to walk out of the store another customer walked in and was immediately rushed by a sales associate. Those actions made it quite clear that this particular store does not want my business or money. The sad part is I’ve shopped in this store on several occasions in the past and received impeccable service. Maybe the reps that were working today were lazy, etc. I’m not sure but what I am sure of is how disappointed I was in my shopping experience within the store today. Because of this treatment I will not be making another purchase from this particular store. I’m extremely dissatisfied!
