I was confronted by a panhandler as I returned my shopping carts. I gave him my quarters and left. I tried to report him by phone I found that that is not possible with Aldi's.

I caught them on a bad day, clearly. but nevertheless, this was my experience. THE QUARTER FOR THE CARTS IS THE STUPIDEST THING EVER. the whole trip there was to get produce from the refrigerated section. outside all the carts were either broken or broken and wedged into the rest of them. i had to go get more quarters to take out enough carts to get one that was intact and had moving wheels. you would think that with the massive inconvenience surrounding the carts that they would at least be better than they are. finally, I got into the store to see that the cold cases were not working and as such they didn't have much. so, I left with nothing after spending 20 minutes just trying to get in the store. hopefully this is not how they are normally.
