I recently discovered that A&F has upgraded their choice of clothing to suit those of us in our 30’s. I found some great staples and was really excited but wowza- from returns/exchanges to in store employees. I don’t think I’ll be coming back and I dished out a good chunk of change here.As for Exchanging an item by mail, it took about 3 weeks for them to get my package back with the label they sent me and about 2 weeks now since they’ve had it and my items still aren’t here.One of my packages received a “delivered“ status, but the package was nowhere to be found. I was told to wait a few days because it might arrive, but it never did. They did not have a picture to show where it had been delivered, so they sent out another package. Upon receiving the items that they re-sent, The quality of the sweatsuit was lacking so I decided to drive over an hour to return in person instead of waiting for weeks to get refunded. I was returning for the amount of $218.89, The store clerk tells me I’m getting around $60 back. I tell him that’s the wrong amount and he responds “well you’re not getting refunded for the items you’re not returning” ? yeah, I’d just like to be refunded for the items I AM returning. After realizing his mistake, he turns off the sass, but doesn’t apologize. He then tells me that I’m getting store credit, to which I responded I’d like a refund. He says “I can’t do that because there’s no button for it” I’m telling him it’s his job to figure out how to get me a refund since I have the receipt and all the tags on the items- he tells me it’s been over 30 days and that the return window starts from the day you order. It had only been two weeks since I had ordered, even so, that would make no sense because it should be from the time the items arrive. The manager finally takes over and tells me that they have problems with this all the time because over the phone they don’t tell you that once they resend items it’s considered an exchange in their system and you can no longer get a refund, only store credit. So I get the store credit reluctantly, it’s been a couple of weeks now and I was getting ready to toss all of the receipts from this debacle when I decided to check the store merchandise card- not to anyone’s surprise, it doesn’t have any money on it. Now I’m on hold with their customer service to try to figure that out. Way too many issues, it looks like they’re not investing in training their employees and it shows.

Pretty average A&F. Apparently it’s the only one open in greater Tampa right now. Not worth the drive to Brandon unless you really want to go to this store.

Went here bc the one at International is being remodeled. This Store was a total mess! Tiny, no selections, and Abercrombie kids is nearly the entire store as it was a combined location. Tons of screaming crying kids.

Worst customer service ever! I just spend 300$ and they guy didn’t even folded my clothes. Extremely rude.

Not only has the quality of the clothes increased- but so has the customer service!! I had a LOT of difficult returns and I wasn't really expecting to get anything back, but I was reimbursed in full and the employee that helped me was an angel. Super patient and sweet. You can tell the staff enjoys where they work and it's a great shopping experience!

ever since the store has broken down and the kids are now in the back of the adult store its garbage not to mention that I rather not be followed as black woman who spends my money on there clothes and a vip member as well and have been for over 6yrs I truly have fallen out of love with a&f quality and customer service is just not it
