Went in a few weeks back to have a check engine light checked out. Always nerve wracking being a woman alone in a shop. Never know what you're gonna get...but Oscar & Charles were super laid back, funny and honest. I didn't end up having a charge that day because it ends up the issue wasnt pressing but now I know when I need to come back and for what. Ty for the great service and Happy Holidays!

2016 Ford Escape. (Pictures below)Good bad and ugly.I brought it in for a noise at idle. A little clunking noise at the bottom of either the transmission or the motor. Rebuilt transmission and replaced cracked flywheel, after a few days of them having the car. They said it was ready. I went to pick it up. I drive it home, the next morning. There's a ton of transmission fluid in my driveway. Not a really big deal. I drove it back. They said the leak was fixed. I drove it home again and apparently it was leaking all the way home. There's a line of transmission fluid going into my driveway and probably about 8 quarts of transmission fluid in my driveway once again. This time they came to my house. They had it towed back to the shop. (They refuse to pay for me to clean my driveway with 20 something dollars worth of cat litter, rags and brake clean, also offered nothing for my three Uber trips after bringing it back so many)I said who's going to pay for all these supplies? They just said not my problem) They fixed the transmission leak and now it's leaking oil which it never did before. After a lot of arguments they want to pull the transmission again and put in a rear main seal. And charge me $350. I had no choice. I gave them the car. It turns out it was just the oil pan gasket which they fixed. They had told me originally they pulled the oil pan to check for the noise. After I said it's leaking oil, then they said they never touched the oil pan . Plus they made me buy leak detector which was $9 to put in the oil so when I brought it back they could see where it was leaking . Apparently that didn't work if they thought it was the rear main seal. What I didn't bring up to them. Was the first time they had the car for days. There was 84 mi on my zerod out odometer. That's a lot of miles for a test drive. Since I drive rideshare I always know how much gas I got and you could see 84 mi worth of gas.The second time I brought it in for the oil leak that was 31 mi on it. (Don't know why they kept the car 2 days for a simple gasket) I can't say for sure they used the car for over 100 mi but it's a real good educated guess. Plus I trust my zeroed out odometer..Also, since I drive the rideshare I lost about 5 days worth of work. They actually told me they couldn't figure out how to turn off my dash cam so they unplugged it. Why would they need to worry about my dash cam?In response they send you an auto reply then you email them and you get no response.... I figured they owe me about 200 bucks for supplies, aggravation, loss of wages and the mess in my street.

Smfh. Had my car for almost 2 months I sat most of the time. I took it to get the transmission looked at. Was told to replace the battery cable and alternator. Once they did the it started. Come get the car… next day it wasn’t starting. 3 week after idk what going wrong with it man. Finally I lost trust came to get it. I question then ask what’s going on? Reply was we try to work on bmws but we don’t know. I go outside the mechanic who was work on my car was jumping it to give to me. I question him about it. He said are willing to pay to get it fixed? And said the owner said we will be taking a loss if we keep work on it. They never looked a the transmission. The intake was off which is why the said I was shaking. My charger pipe was reinstalled correctly. Which I had to reinstall myself in the parking lot. I ask why you couldn’t tell me this in the beginning. The skill set isn’t there. You hear more I got you buddy than truth and still get charged a lot of money. Car undrivable.

Se habla español. The service was fast and effective. Oscar was my point man, and he was very knowledgeable and honest. The work was completely in a timely manner. The reason why i give it 4 stars is because the price is outrageous. I came here because i was having transmission issues and i rather pay the price to get it done right than save money and risk a good job. You get what you pay for. Service was completed in September and it has been smooth running since then. Oscar's customer service skills are unparalleled. And the owner was equally as attentive.

My husband had AAA tow his car to this location. First they sent an email saying it was for a quote when in reality it was to get the vehicle fixed. Three weeks and $4900 later he gets the vehicle back and the check engine light is still on, ac still doesn't work, and today 7/18/23 less than a week after getting the car back last Friday 7/14/23 the car broke down on the side of the road to say I am disappointed is an understatement

Great location with honest workers. They are high priced but do not force anything on you and tell you what you need.

Where do I start? Okay son was inside 30 days of getting car out of shop and transmission blew up on way to work. He gets told he's got to tow it home and pull the transmission out himself when it was under warranty. Yes they honored the parts but not the labor. Still paid them full labor but now they owe my son labor for having to pull it out and put the transmission back in by himself and they refuse to pay him for his missed wages , tow and his labor and time doing the work they should have done. Labor and parts 30 days warranty. I've had to go through the BBB. This wrong, for another person who was under warranty was told soon as car bay window opens you'll be first under warranty, but my son was told he had to do the work. When we paid almost 5,000.00 come to find out they over charged me over 1,000.00 watch your invoices. Just saying. Not a good lcc business for Aamco for the Corporate side of business. Right is right and wrong is wrong. We aren't even asking for all the labor back either . Just my son's time at the same hourly wage the business charged him and for his missed work.

their prices are too high and they charge you for the diagnosis knowing that one is going to fix the car with them $675 for an alternator plus labor and diagnostics

Took my car in for transmission work because a bearing was going out. A week later and they just keep adding more and more stuff that "needs" to be fixed, but "the car runs and drives just fine". Now my ABS light and traction control light are on when they weren't before, and the bearing still needs to be replaced. So what the hell did I just spend $2700 on? Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.Services: Brakes
