Great company, went above and beyond to help me urgently put a wooden floor in the walk-in closet. The installation guy was professional, almost a year - no issues with the floor.

We had wood floor damage from leaking water heater. All the flooring had to be replaced. Called West Coast and our condo was measured the next day. Had an estimate within 3 days. Visited their store and picked out replacement flooring. A factory rep happened to be there and was very helpful with samples and pricing. The job is scheduled soon and we are happy with the whole process. Family owned business worthy of a look. Nice folks.

This company is AMAZING especially in view of the current environment with issues in the supply chain, labor shortages, etc. We chose them on the recommendation of several neighbors who had used them recently, and we were not disappointed. Three things stood out in the entire process: Quality, promptness, and communication. Our installers, Cody and Brad, did a terrific job from start to finish. We learned from them that it really isn't only the material but the quality of the installation that determines how satisfied we are. It is the small things, the caulking, cutting, seams, etc. that make a difference. They did what they said they would! If they said they'd be starting at 9:00 am, they'd be here at 8:55 am ready to go. And they were excellent at communicating. They had several questions, and were great at voicing those, and responding to our needs. All in all, we are 100 percent satisfied with both the material and the installation.

Lots of tile, carpet and laminates to choose from. Great customer service! Small mom and pop shop of which we should all try and support. These small mom and pop shops are the lifeblood of America. They could be family, friends and neighbors. Support these folks!

West Coast Carpet and Tile did a major renovation of my master bedroom which included removing all of the carpet and putting in wood tile throughout including the closet areas as well. They also re-modeled the shower and toilet area with modern day tile as oppose to the tile that was installed in 1983. In addition, a new vanity was installed as well. The work that Mike, the owner and Mike P, the carpet and tile installer did was simply a display of exceptional skillsets that's really hard to find in a company. I mean every detail was covered from the flawless remodeling of the shower area to the perfect laying of the tile on the bedroom floors. The daily cleanup of tools, dust and dirt created after each day of work for an entire week was nothing short of the highest level of professionalism. As a retired veteran, I really appreciated the discount that I was given and yet at the end of the day, I felt as if I should have paid them more for such an outstanding job! I highly recommend West Coast Carpet and Tile, LLC for all of your carpet and tile installation needs!

Wonderful organization and I feel blessed that we found one another (via our painter). The owners, Mike and Linda, are the real thing--people who simply want to make this process go smoothly for you. We had new ceramic tile flooring put in our kitchen, dining room, living room, entrance way and small hallway. You can only imagine what an upheaval this kind of renovation causes--especially for us who are in our upper 70's. The installers--Dave, Mike and Cody were extremely hard workers who not once complained about anything, including having to turn off the air conditioning for two days (when temperatures were in the 90's) so that dust would be contained in just the rooms they were working on. Now the installation has been completed and the floor looks beautiful and wonderfully updated. I'm already beginning to think that "it wasn't that bad, was it?" and getting ready to tackle the master bath in the next year or so--of course with the help of the wonderful people at West Coast Carpet & Tile. Highly recommended!

Our new kitchen floor looks superb. West Coast provided excellent materials. The installers, Dave and Cody, were perfectionists. They left me and my wife with a supper-looking kitchen floor, cleaned up all debris and even washed and swept the garage as they were leaving. I would recommend West Coast Carpet and Tile to anyone. EXCELLENT customer service. So thankful they do business around Anna Maria and Longboat Key. It's nice to have someone come out this far that is both reliable and affordable! Highly recommend for all of your carpet, tile, or hardwood flooring needs. Vinyl planking looks great!
