Last week I had four fraudulent charges to my card totaling over $4,000 I was beyond livid about the situation and trying to get answers from WF employees over the phone was little to none I felt disrespected and not taken seriously. On Monday I went to this branch and spoke with Miss Xiomara Chaveaz and we went over the situation and the details and she assured me that everything would be okay and that this would be taken care of and she was absolutely right I was refunded two days later and case was closed we met again on Wednesday to go over a few more security details for the future and again she was very helpful very kind very professional and would recommend if anyone has any banking questions to go to her because she will make you feel welcomed and will do everything in her power to help you thank you again Miss Chavaez. Be aware of the time it takes for your transfer deposits from other branch banks to become available for your use.This bank is like all the rest in that they take your funds out overnight from your old account and then put your deposit on a ten plus day hold before you can access those funds. I did ask why such along wait time after seeing the funds had been transferred overnight but got a number of reasons why the ten day hold was done. None of which made any sense. I believe the interest on the two yr treasury note has something to do with making interest on deposits by banks using customers dollars to make money.

Friday during lunch hour, when people are trying to make a quick to the bank. No one at drive thru then go in and out of the three cashiers sitting there, only one is taking people. Been a Wells Fargo client for 12 years and never been to a WF that was this poorly run.

Surprised they close everyday at 5 not open on Saturday either most used to be open till 6 on Friday they said they never been open later on Friday

I will start by saying I do like banking with Wells Fargo, however it's a little upsetting that when I go in with my son to open a student account, the employees there spend 10 minutes explaining it will take too long. Come back on Monday is what they tell me. I'm sorry but my work schedule doesn't allow this. They tell me to schedule with one of the few branches that are open on Saturday or even better, do I have a computer? Go online and open it. Fine, I'll do that,but guess what, as soon as I look into opening teen/student Clear Access Checking, it clearly states Visit a branch to open. So do they not know their banks own policies, or because it was 4:30 on a Friday afternoon they chose to send me away in order to get out on time? What ever happened to Customer service?

Strongly thinking about pulling my money out of this bank and banking with a more customer service Bank I took my time to go to this branch on Lakewood ranch and State road 70 for a cashier's check out of my business account normal business day hours and the lobby was closed drive-thru is open they said they could not give me what I needed through the drive-thru their excuse for the lobby being closed was there was a shortage of employees I find that hard to believe considering there were seven cars in the front parking lot and nobody was sitting in them that tells me there was seven employees inside the building I do not appreciate Wells Fargo holding my money hostage when I needed it the most I will definitely consider banking with another company if this is the kind of service I can expect from this point on unbelievable and now after looking at all the ratings on this particular branch I might consider moving my account elsewhere anyways poor service I would give this Branch zero ⭐ if I could

Good bank to be a customer avoiding bank fees, if you have money. If you have a short cash flow, you will be subject to monthly fees , overdraft fees and others. Another thing is to work for WF. If you need STD for any medical condition, you will be add to a " next termination list" special if you have more them 5 years and full vac. and benefits! HR has the power and your manager will not protect you! Shame...

By far the worst wells fargo in the area. EVERY TIME I GO TO MAKE A DEPOSIT I CANNOT why because deposits are never being accepted here so aggravating.

The employees at this branch are the best in the area. Wow! What a great experience! Christopher was polite,fun and very helpful! I cant say enough how much I appreciate the help that Christopher gave me today, as well as the compassion he showed for my situation. I would recommend visiting this branch for any of your banking needs or concerns. During times like this we need more people like Christopher! Thank you!
