As a non customer, went in to cash a check drawn on Wells Fargo bank. Blonde bank teller with a loud robust voice (I don't remember her name), was very hostile almost from the beginning of the transaction. She counted the money in front of me, but when I counted it again, she very condescendingly said, "Weren't you paying attention?! I counted it 4 times." Her hostile attitude throughout the transaction just made certain I will never do any business w Wells Fargo. We decided to open our corporate bank account at Sun Coast Credit Union a few minutes later down the road. I did call the bank manager, Pam, a few minutes later, and she was nice, and apologized for the teller's rude behavior.

Went in today to conduct business, systems were down and the representative who wasn’t helping me chimed in asking me to go to any other bank, if I had other other banks I use, and when I said no she so very arrogantly said “why not?!” Didn’t realize I needed to explain my banking situation with her when I wasn’t even at her window, sheer arrogance be aware of the much older blond behind the counter there!

I recently visited the Wells Fargo at “ 2901 53rd Ave E, Bradenton, FL 34203“, Sarasota for the first time and unfortunately had a very disappointing encounter with an employee named Daniella. Her lack of assistance and professionalism wasted my time and left me frustrated. I'm not satisfied at all with the level of service I received. I hope that Wells Fargo addresses this issue and provides better training for their employees at this location. This experience has led me to reconsider returning to this branch.

We had scheduled an appointment for 9:00 this morning. Upon arriving, the teller told us the man who would meet with us was running late. We waited until 9:23 and he still hadn't arrived to work. So we just walked out.

I came to deposit money into my account at 11am and was told they didn’t have any tellers to assist me for 35-45 minutes. How ridiculous is it that a bank can’t take my money?? Very poor service.

If you are in a hurry DO NOT go to this branch! Very friendly (which is why 3 stars) but very slow. 1 teller with 8 people in line. I know there were at least 2 more people in the bank that could have opened up a register but didn’t. They also felt it necessary to carry on long conversations with each person.

Had a horrible first time reaction, first after being told that I had to make a appointment, I had to wait a week for a spot. And then when I got there they were taking walk in customers.I know this because when it was my time I had to wait 15 minutes past my time while they were dealing with a walk in. And even then they took someone who was a walk in before me, making me wait another 15 minutes.Then after that we were done, I had to wait another 20 minutes in line because I was opening a account and was told I couldent be helped anymore. And while I was in line another customer was allowed to bypass the line because they complained they were unable to stand for long times.And when I was dealing with my own foot pain and needed to rest against a railing. I was racially profiled by the teller asking to stop leaning against the railing due to "The safety of the customer." Which I should mention he was a all white gentlemen and I mexican.Not to mention all anyone could ever say was sorry and how they all talked about how MY feelings should be, rather then ask my opinion on how I was treated. Taking advantage of those who don't have many options is heartbreaking.

My first time experiencing such unprofessional workers. the next day.The second time I came to cash my check, the cashier called his manager to get permission to cash out. This manager looked at the check, told the cashier "I wouldn't do it" and walked away without saying anything. If this is the way Wells Fargo trains their managers how to greet customers - they should go out of business!!!I am not coming to this location anymore!!!

One teller with manager and another flunky just walked around saying Merry Christmas. Had to admit that teller was very efficient and polite and thanked me for being patient.
