Family says I need to open an account with them. So I went in with a small conveniences but they totally look down on me and told me to come back in 6 months. Manger didn’t do anything except kick me out so Bank of America came through when they didn’t. Cancel Wells Fargo!!!! Unless you like your bank sitting around flirting with there coworkers.(edit Wells Fargo got a hold of me and reinsure me that this branch isn’t what they stand for and we reach an understanding that this branch will be investigated. highly appreciate the reach out and Wells Fargo still a good bank for my family)

I entered the branch with a question about my account, William Broxterman greeted me with a smile. He listened to me describe my issue and immediately signed into my account and rectified my problem. William provided excellent customer service. Wells Fargo should clone him! I would highly recommend this branch.

Why is the drive through on open on Fridays like today. When there are 10 people standing in line inside! No one answers the phone as well. Thinking of taking my $ elsewhere.

No body will answer the phone. I let it ring over 80 times. Several call. No answer. Terrible service. Except Mrs. Summers. The others MUST ANSWER THE PHONE!!!
