My husband and I have been trying to contact an official from that branch for more than 3 months, who assisted him in August to make a deposit of a money order for 1000 dollars and a check for 300 and this is the date that none of the money We have gone there and no one gives us a response and we have filed complaints and they do nothing either, they say that the bank is verifying the origin of the money and wow they have been doing this for almost a year now. We need a response now because that is a scam and it is embarrassing that something This is what is happening after so many months. It is our money that the bank or that official stole from us. We need an urgent response, the only option we have left is to sue. I give one star because if not, it won't let us make the comment, because not even that they deserve.

It never fails...every time I go the drive thru is closed. Then you go in and there is one teller and a long line...horrible customer service! Hire some help!!

I’m pretty sure I had the same teller as “Jessica”…EXTREMELY rude, I told him the amount of my cash deposit as he was asking what account I wanted it deposited into so I immediately said “checking”…he sorta snapped at me…his response was just plain unprofessional…took forever to process my transaction, never said thank you and he treated my CASH deposit as a check which is pending until tomorrow…I will never go back at this branch again. If I was his boss, he’d be FIRED immediately!!!

We went in to get a withdrawal and the teller was extremely rude. He clearly did not want to be there. We told him the amount we needed and he gave us an exasperated look then said, "You're taking all my big bills." I chuckled thinking it was a joke and he said, "I'm not laughing." He was rude throughout the rest of the transaction. I think the craziest part of it was that the woman teller two places down was exemplary. Kind, friendly, good customer service. If I'd been helped by her instead of the rude man, I might have given this a different review. Thankfully there are other branches nearby so I won't have to go back here ever again.

I love this bank. The nicest people ever. I went yesterday to get a loan and thank God I was approved. Conrad is the Best !!! He has opened several accounts for me and several loans too. He brings me luck ever time I'm here. I have been to the other Wells Fargo banks in Bradenton. The one on 41 is a horrible bank. Rude people. Poor customer service. This is the go to place ! Thanks Conrad !

In this Covid time , the manager was not helpful at all , wanted to cash a wells fargo check from my business account , she said she couldn't do from outside and have to get in and showing exactly the same ID to be able to cash a check . What you can do from inside , can't from outside ? Doesn't make sense at all . I went to an another branch and the teller told me we have to send a code on your phone to able to cash your check ' Got my Dollar . The manager of this branch needs to improve her bank knowledge !!

Went there and got the wells fargo active cash card, asked question upon question and went over everything with them, just to find out the lied about the $200 dollar rewards, poor banking

Was told over the phone I don’t need an appointment for notary services here. Second time I have come in to do a deed transfer, so need a notary and they were busy with appointments. Serious?!?!?! So you don’t allow me to make an appointment on the phone than I go and it’s busy with appointments.Side note, the tellers were always nice at this branch.

DO NOT BANK AT ANY WELLS FARGO BANKS. SOMEONE STOLE MY IDENTITY, AND OPENED AN ACCOUNT AT A BRANCH IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, FLORIDA. THEY ARE DIRECT DEPOSITING MY CHECKS. I CAN GET NO INFO FROM THEM BECAUSE I DON'T BANK THERE. BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR $$$ AT THIS BANK. PEOPLE WILL STEAL YOUR $$$ AND THE BANK WILL NOT HELP YOU.
