Horrible customer service. Never enough clerks.
Won't accept coins in a deposit on a business account without it being rolled. They have no way of counting change which us insane for a bank. Coin is legal tender. It's people being lazy and not wanting to do their job!!

Sat inside for a whole hour for nothing because they told me i couldn’t ask my account and gave no reason while i had my app and card out and told me to wait while i just saw 3 people go infront of me and literally get cash, then proceeded to get a rude and disrespectful attitude from the teller, literally want to sue you because it was one embarrassing to me and wasted my time, two how are you going to keep my money from me.

This is the worst branch for Wells Fargo, don't go here if you need to anything, they will disappoint every time. Make an appointment, they don't care...they will tell you, sorry we are short staffed.

1 Teller line all way to door Everytime I go in this phoney bank n lazy people walking around not helping teller I had credit card fraud more times with their useless protection crap .now I just told I can no longer bank there cause they can't kept our info secure what a bunch of bologne they never smile just treat u like there rite n ur wrong warning stay away .wells Fargo is worst experience i ever had .i would never go back .rude lazy and poor service .

Came in to Wells Fargo to transfer funds and open an account. Nobody could help me. Lady at the counter said nobody but her working. And that I'll have to go home and make an online appointment. A disappointment! Not sure I want a Bank that doesn't serve its owners ?A substantial loss.

I had a scheduled appointment at the bank. When I arrived I sat down on the waiting area for a few minutes. No one came to check on me so I went in the line to the tellers. I let them know I had an appointment the teller lets me know that my appointment was canceled because the banker did not come in to work, I was upset because I was not notified not a call not a text not an email. I understand that it can get busy, but I would've appreciated if someone was to notify me instead of me coming in for no reason at all.

Everytime I deposit a check they tell me my funds are available and then there not for 3 days or more, then they lie to your face. And say that there’s nothing they can do and blah blah blah bank sucks I should’ve stuck with chase

Standing in line 10 people deep - one teller nobody else is helping. I asked 2 employees to come help her and they are not trained.I am watching this woman count money to a customer….. she has now counted it 6 damn times. Slow as molasses!!!I have been standing in line for 20 people. Three people have left. Time to change banks.Unacceptable!

I understand that short staffing will occur every once in a while, but every time I go to the bank there is only one teller snt this teller handles the the drive thru (in the event it's ever open). Pls don't assume I hit the bank during lunch times, I'm not that foolish. I continue to be in a line with 6 to 8 people and there are clients taking 30 min or more. Yes there is an ATM but not everything can be handled at the ATM...bill

I have been going to this banking agency since I arrived in this country in 2016, I have seen several managers passing by, several tellers, at this time they modified the structure of the Hall, it looks very nice, as well as cozy. BUTOOOO.... There is always a shortage of personnel for customer service. Could you think about this please ? ?
