Booked appointment to replace Samsung Galaxy S8 battery. Had confirmation email with time and location. On arrival they had no record of appointment so had to recreate from scratch. Took 20 minutes to sort out, they tried to upsell me on replacement screen and couldn't find the part. Quoted me a price not including the discount I was entitled to.Came back an hour later to find that they hadn't done the job because, apparently, the phone required a passcode to switch off. This has NEVER happened to me in 3 years of owning the phone. I asked why he didn't just ask me to switch off my passcode and he said he didnt think it had one because when he turned the phone off and on again (note, it turned off without a passcode) it didnt ask him for one on the restart - however my phone is set to ask for a passcode on restart and always does. Surely asking for any passcode to be turned off is a basic part of the service?Non-committal apology, I couldn't wait another hour but there was no attempt to give me a discount or keep my business, just let me walk out.

Asked for my passcode I said I can’t give you it he said there’s not guarantee after we fix LIKE WHAT LOL u can check if the numbersFor passcode work and if the camera work too when u swipe it to the side....... made me feel like he wasn’t going to fix it or break it just on purpose

August 2020 Don, Manager, of the Bradenton FL store on 14th St did an incredible job, way above & beyond the ordinary when he replaced 2 Key fobs for my 2009 Pontiac G6. V6. Both Fob batteries were bad, he replaced the batteries and they still did not work So he “resurrected” the old key fob innards and placed them into a new Key Fob and all of the functions worked like a charm! I am a retired educator with over 30 yrs. Don was most professional. The best customer service Thanks Don

Would give no stars if possible. Waited hours to get my phone screen replaced to find that they’d broken my internal speaker. They did not have the part. After a fair amount of asking for more options I finally wound up paying for the screen replacement and having to drive to Lakewood ranch to get my speaker repaired. After all that my screen had a weird line in it and cracked for no apparent reason less than 2 weeks later. Worst repair ever.
