I had called my insurance company through a claim and they told me I could go to any one of these and they would fax it over to them however that is not what happened I ended up going and having to spend money to get it faxed over the front lady insisted that I had to fax it over to my main person that I signed up with which I did online never have met this person and never been able to get a hold of him and was told not to fax it to him to fax it straight to the claim adjuster I provided all the information all that needed to be done was be faxed over to the claim adjuster

I got hit on the way to work one day. I'm so glad I have State Farm. Got the car in the shop & a nice rental right away. The shop & rental both worked with State Farm so I didn't need any money. I did need a $50 deposit for the rental. It amazes me how when you say you have State Farm you get immediate service. State Farms claims dept. was courteous, professional, & helpful. I ask a lot of questions & had to call them a couple of times. They were very nice. Highly recommend them if you're looking for better insurance.

Went there twice for an insurance quote. The receptionist was very nice but I never got an answer. So, I guess I can't recommend it

Wow! Been with Wayne and his office for over 20 years. This is today the only for profit company that treats their customers like family. As you can imaging through the years, families have their trials and tribulations. Not once did he or his office staff make us feel bad for unfortunate circumstances that befell our family. They were always understanding, kind, compassionate and must of all patient. A++++in our book. No one better.....

It was a very stressful situation, at times overwhelming. Every time I spoke with a State Farm agent, however, I was met with helpful, compassionate, calm assistance. Hassle free, always understanding. State Farm was great.

Ken was such a help, I am a State Farm customer with another agent in Alabama, I lost my car in the recent hurricane and this guy went above and beyond for me , getting all my paperwork together and making this experience smooth as possible, thank you ken your a valuable asset to this branch. Thank you for your help and extra mile service hard to find people that care these days ! Hats off to you my friend

Ken Burns was so helpful to our family on selecting the correct coverage for our vehicles. I would highly recommend him when you are shopping for all your insurance needs. State Farm is a first class company.

I have insurance in both NJ & FL-THIS OFFICE IS TERRIBLE- KEN IS A LIAR-I recently moved few cars to FL -registered, and switched to florida- wayne office insurance- ( fyi ) this was done months ago and still THE BILLING IS ALL MESSED UP- last straw, over holiday new year weekend being charged for 3 vehicles that are in FL however being billed by ken in FL and in NJ- I AM DONE- prior to this I have asked ken for homeowner insurance with state farm- he told me to get the wind mitigation I DID IT report was cc to my self and state farm (again months ago) AS OF THE NEW YEAR- no luck- i call ken , i call the office, they said being processed, or being worked on , or i will get back to you- I AM NOW ON THE PHONE WITH CORPORATE as I am writing this email- sorry for the bad english on review i am LIVID!! i am filing complain with both WAYNE SCROGGINS STATE FARM AND GILDA ESCABAR IN NJ. this same review will be posted (with name changes) on GILDA ESCABAR google review, OH... LAST COMMENT, i asked to speak to wayne scroggins. ken gave me the run around......... hmmmm kenprocess my review.............. so long state farm!

I had forgotten to set up auto pay in my bank account, so I called the local branch, Scroggins Insurance, to pay the bill via the phone. The young lady was kind and professional, taking my information and paying my balance due within 3 minutes.Eva E. Tozer
