The pharmacy never answers the phone in a reasonable time. Its taken over 25 minutes on several occasions to get someone to answer. When they finally answer they sound clearly agitated, rushed and extremely rude. Very unprofessional do not recommend.

A weekly basis go to shop store and pharmacy. All the staff is very helpful and efficient. Love curbside ordering. Great experience every time.

Absolute worst Pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I've had a few issues but....The Pharmacist working 1/16/24 in the evening was an absolute arrogant a- hole . Will never step foot in that place even for non pharmaceutical stuff even if my life depended on it. She's a little cute oriental girl......but what a complete A HOLE. I'll never be back in that place again.

This place is horrible. Every time I go there, it's always something. My Rx that is very expensive a house payment (no co-pay for me) they jerk me around. Make me wait an entire week to get the med because they can't figure it out. They try to give me 1/2 of my rx for the entire month. My medication comes already in a box. They have one ready but tell me to come back in a 1/2 an hour because they don't have a label printed to put on the other box. How hard can it possibly be? Don't even get me started on the customer sercice.

I love this location!!! They are always so nice to me! I had Matt today and he seriously was the greatest and so kind with me at the register, I was having trouble and he helped me until I was good. Thank you Matt for being so nice and professional :) he is a great asset!!!!

I went to this location on Saturday. The store’s team leader(manager) came to assist me with a locked item in the vitamins department. Not once did he ask if I was finished shopping. The team leader and another associate escorted me up to the checkout clerk. I was treated as if I was going to steal the item that was never placed in my hand. I routinely purchase the same item from this location and I’m a rewards member. I have never experienced this type of treatment at other Walgreens locations when buying the same item. The customer service I experienced at this store was unprofessional and unacceptable. Do not spend your money at this Walgreens!!!

Avoid this Walgreens location if you can, unless you’re looking for a simple purchase without any coupons, Walgreens bucks or other needs. Just be warned that the simple purchase could also take a while trying to check out. Horrible customer service, and employees don’t ever have a clue. One ‘Manager’ actually stated, “I don’t know, I just work here, man”. All the staff are unhelpful and have no knowledge of anything.

Worst pharmacy experience ever 9/14 9/15.. My first accident at work, going through a lot of pain, the last thing you want is to deal with nasty people... ?They made me came 4 times to pick up my medicine and at the end I couldn't get it. The 3 people who attended me (including the pharmacist) were with a bad attitude, they don't know how to treat a customer..

Pharmacy service is always excellent.I came for visa photos, and we had several issues getting the specifics correct.They tried several times, but we could not get it done. I'm sure they can do US passports, but visas are another issue.They need some better equipment and some training.

Mgr specifically telling employees not to assist Gig customer's at all w/ locating items is simply wrong. Regardless of whom is doing the shopping, this would seem to be a downfall of Sales and Customer Service.I was treated horribly by 1 employee who was repeatedly rude. Fortunate there was another employee decent enough to help w/ finding an odd Walgreens brand item on a small end cap.

Shameful place to turn down a 70 year old handicap woman to use the bathroom. We won't be showing this Walgreens ever again. To say the bathrooms are broke and watch an employee go into the bathroom... if there is a drug issue then the employees should be using the lock and escort method especially for a handicap elderly woman. Shameful.
