2nd Walgreens I have ordered pictures from and when i showed up to pick up my order they weren’t prepared. No one knew how to print the photo or assemble the picture frames. Employees didn’t seem eager to help either and wanted to pass the situation onto a manager who wouldn’t be there “for a couple days”. No problem solving.

Sent my husband there to pick up some stuff, because I was sick and sent him with pictures of what I wanted and told him to ask staff to help him locate the items and the staff was rude and said they could not recommend anything. He wasn't asking for recommendations, he was asking to locate items! Been going to this Walgreens for over 10 years and never been so disappointed. If this has something to do with the stike, guess what we are all hurting right now and this behavior towards your customers is unacceptable!! Dont hurt the people paying your bills!!Sending all perscriptions somewhere else now!!

Very polite, Treat you with resperiod. Easy going. Always keep you informed when it's time for you to pick up your medicine, Or anything you might need, If you have insurance that helps you pay for things that you need and cannot afford. I had a very pleasant encounter.With the pharmacist. Never never gave me no hassle., Babe very professional. Since when dixie is closing for the fact that oldies has bottled outhey will no longer pharmacy, I would suggest Walgreens. It's just for the respect.And how easy? It was a pleasant visit, I would give it five stars..

The Pharmacy customer service is HORRIBLE. We ordered a prescription, were given a return time-window for the next day. Upon return, they said it had not been started, and we’d need to wait 2 hours. Upon return the next day, they only had 10 of the 80 pills. They never tried to contact us with an option to go to another store. Since we were traveling, we asked that they cancel the balance so we could fill it at home. They did not cancel and our prescription was blocked from refills. When we called and explained the situation nicely, and the lady said “ok, it’s cancelled” and hung up the phone. These people are rude, incompetent and lacking customer service skills.

I came to get me covid test done, but no one bothered to help the employee named sandy which had us stuck in line for about 1 hour. People from behind were honking. You can see that she ask for help but no one seem to CARE. At the end she apologized and said that she was new. How sad!!!

It the worse place to go for pharmacy I have had my scripts there since last week and still haven't gotten them so I call and guess what I get hanged up on everytime I call so I tried customer care service and guess what same thing they hang up it's just crazy the worst experience of a pharmacy I ever had

Went for a covid test and had a confirmation, but the appointment was not in their system. The ladies working at the counter were rude and condescending and would not help me even when I showed them a confirmation email. I left without my test as they were too difficult to deal with to understand that they could possibly be in the wrong.

This Is only for the horrible automated system. I used every @#$%!#%% that I knew. Automated doesn't understand or help. Kept telling me pharmacy opens at 9. It was after 9 in the same neighborhood. Egads!

Scheduled a covid test. Arrived early per the email confirmation I received the morning of my appointment. Waited for 20 minutes, tried calling the store, pushed the call button in the pharmacy drove thru. Nothing. Waited on hold for over 13 minutes. Why would you allow a person to schedule an appointment if you had no one working? Why wouldn't you have an email sent out to those who scheduled an appointment telling them to go to another facility and not waste their time driving all the way to your location? Have we really arrived at a point in society where we're expected to accept this as reasonable? This place shouldn't advertise that they're a vaccine clinic or a test facility if they're not offering any type of service.

For some reason you can't call and speak with anyone (tried to call and see if they had at home COVID tests) so i had to drive all the way up here to find out they're sold out.

Usually the staff are great but my last visit was AWFUL!!! I was exchanging a $32 pair of headphones that didn't work. I had my receipt+ rewards card but the big mean ogre lady was in a bad mood and wouldn't let me because my id is expired... Since when do we have to have an id if we have the receipt?? She said it's a store policy but of the years I've been shopping at Walgreens I've never once encountered this! She also felt compelled to yell at me and I was shocked!! I can't understand why Walgreens would allow the sale of merchandise but not allow the exchange when something is faulty. Of course I called corporate and they said that they have the right to refuse a return however she also said she can't imagine why the employee acted the way she did. I don't even want to go back to Walgreens now because of how ridiculous this was.

I need to write this review on gem you have working in the Pharmacy Department, her name is Ms.Watesha. I pick up my medication from this location and she almost always provides service to me. She is phenomenal, so courteous, kind and so considerate of the people she serves. She always says the right things to lift your spirits without knowing she is doing so . I’ve been sitting at the pharmacy drive through window being ignored for 15 minutes.
