Walgreens has been a trusted pharmacy for many customers over the years. The pharmacy staff, especially pharmacists like Josh and Steven, are highly appreciated for their personable and helpful service. They handle a large volume of prescriptions daily, often working on hundreds or even a thousand scripts, along with providing vaccines and assisting customers with over-the-counter questions. Despite the busy environment, they manage to give customers extra attention, going the extra mile to explain medication needs and follow up responsibly. Customers have noted that pharmacists like Josh are very helpful, calling back with important information and making complex authorization processes easier to understand. The staff are described as kind, helpful, and genuinely caring, which eases the stress for those with ongoing health conditions. One employee, Briana, received praise for her quick, patient, and thorough assistance, even calling other pharmacies to locate needed medication and guiding customers on how to transfer prescriptions. While there has been some concern about the pharmacy manager's approach, the overall experience with the pharmacy staff remains positive, highlighting their dedication and kindness. Walgreens continues to be a place where customers feel supported and well cared for in their health and beauty needs, with convenient hours from early morning to late evening.
Tried to mail a package through the FedEx kiosk at this Walgreen’s. Employee who was a service “lead” couldn’t be bothered to look up from his phone and was entirely unhelpful.

Passport photos are completely useless for online passport renewal. Don't waste your time and money at Walgreens for passport photos if you're renewing online, as they will be rejected by the government passport renewal online. Contrary to Walgreens site, their photos are non-compliant with the requirements for online renewal.
