My husband recently had knee replacement surgery and was prescribed pain medication. Upon leaving the hospital he needed a refill. Physician called Walgreens and when I went to pick up the prescription I waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes...no one came so I had to park and go in. They would not fill the prescription because they said it was too soon. The prescription is \"take 1 or 2 tablets every 4 - 6 hours as needed for pain\". So I called the physicians office to ask them to call the pharmacy again to release this medication...I'm sorry but the pharmacist was not present during surgery, hospital stay or any other patient/doctor discussions/situations....nor would we discuss any medical issues with a pharmacist over the physician who actually performed the surgery. Boy did I leave a review! Today, I received a call from pharmacist asking how one of my medications is working for me....I discuss those issues with my physician NOT A PHARMACIST.....remember HIPPA? When a pharmacist thinks that they are physicians....we have a problem. I did take that opportunity to tell him what I thought about Walgreens and he hung up on me......can't take the heat...but can give it! Time to find a better pharmacy and from the other reviews I read on this Walgreens location.....lots of other people feel the same way!

I am really questioning infection control during Covid 19 vaccination. The technician called me right away after he dismissed the person in front of me. NOT EVEN CLOSING THE DOOR after that person, NOT EVEN CHANGING THE GLOVES between patients. I work in health care setting and it really bothers me! Is it OSHA accepted now?

This Walgreen has really gone under. Manager is not friendly . Never anyone in the cosmetic dept. Seems like they got rid of alot of fantastic employees. Will go to another Walgreens now.

Hit or miss. Store associates generally very friendly. Pharmacists and pharmacy staff are generally good, but phone call wait times for the pharmacy are ridiculous and often not friendly.
