The rudest workers work here. Every time I come in the store & ask for help, it's like you're imposing on them. Except for the pharmacy workers, the others are rude & disrespectful! I'll be taking my business to CVS. thank you!

Ok, I've ignored this store due to their last fiasco 3 months ago, stop in today to pick up a script for a family member and a few other items and LO AND BEHOLD, AGAIN ONLY ACCEPTING CASH PAYMENTS. ****NO SIGN ON FRONT DOORS STATING AS SUCH**** d*** a** management!!

Went in to grab snacks and after-sun. Most of the drinks had broken seals and food containers had holes in them. Expired foods still on shelves. Disregarding that and the dirty floors, the staff were not friendly. They clearly did not want to work at this location nor upkeep it for customers. Very disappointed as this is the closest Walgreens to me after recently moving.

When a customer is walking in, and needs help making a few prints at the photo kiosk, maybe you should go help assist her in the process instead of angrily staring at her while texting on your phone for 10 minutes. Yes I had my dog...Like I always do when I come into here. He is a service dog with paperwork if you would've asked I would've been happy to oblige you with it. The manager and other workers have met him multiple times now. The kiosk was clearly not working for me, and you literally sat there on your phone texting... I'm trying to get happy prints of my dog printed off so I can include them in my handwritten letters to the elderly who are closed off to the public right now during the pandemic to try and brighten their living conditions right now even if it's in the slightest measure. Instead you were a grumpy, unprofessional, and lost a consistent loyal customer today. - A former customer and EDUCATOR of Manatee County

Absolute terrible customer service in the pharmacy. If any other industry acted like that they would be out of business, you call the automated number and bounces you to the pharmacy and you're on hold for a half hour. No wonder there's a possible stock merger coming

I never write reviews but I had to after the amazing customer service I received tonight. I was having a stressful day so I forgot I had a prescription to pick up. I arrived at the pharmacy after closing time as they were closing the gates to the pharmacy window. The man and woman working in the pharmacy this night (I feel terrible that I was too flustered to get their names) saw me and reopened the gate to take care of me and give me my prescription that I really needed! I'm so thankful for them because as I said I was already having a stressful day and they made it a whole lot less stressful by being so kind and showing such good customer service!

Always great service at pharmacy. The staff is friendly quick and understanding. They offer input if generics are available and great you by name. They have gone to the extreme in the past to make certain I had my medications when needed.
