Was Greeted when I walked in by Amy Bacon. She is a specialist inside Vision Works. With about 14 pair of frames she assisted me with choosing the correct pair. All the staff were friendly & knowledgeable. Can’t wait to receive my new glasses. I recommend you stop by and visit Amy and Dr John.

This place saved the day!! The screw fell out of my glasses and I couldn't find it. I stopped in and they were so sweet and fixed my glasses in a jiffy. They didn't even charge me a dime! ❤️

The ladies and gentleman that work here are wonderful. The ladies went out of their way to try and help me find a frame after I broke mine while vacationing in Bradenton. I have a very old frame which I love but they were unable to find a replacement one. However, the gentleman there used a type of shrink wrap on the temple piece which provided me with a temporary solution until I can get back home. Excellent service.

This review is after my appointment on 10/17/2023. My experience with Dr. Abram was AWFUL!! My check-in & check-out experiences with Rachel & Amy were the only positive highlight of my visit. Dr. Stephen Abrams on the other hand made my visit end in tears. He was short, snappy, rude, and unprofessional. I provided my eye health history to the best of my ability, but he continued to question my responses and make me feel as if I didn't know what I was talking about. He did not listen to my responses nor respond in an appropriate manner. He told me at the end of my visit that my eye exam results were inconclusive. However he gave me an eyeglasses presciption (which i will have to do another exam for the correct prescription since I don't trust his clinical judgement). Not only was he rude to me, but also very rude in the manner that he spoke to Rachel & Amy. My routine provider had an emergency and was unable to complete my appt. When I left the office, I requested for the staff to document that I never want to see the provider again.
If you're scheduled with Dr. Abrams, just request to be scheduled with another physician.
I will still return to the establishment since I've had great encounters in the past. However, Dr. Abrams needs to improve on his approach to patient care.
