“The veterinarian you had on call was amazing! She took a lot of time to explain what was wrong and what she saw. She was extremely gentle with Dean, more than I have EVER noticed with other veterinarians! She understood Dean’s allergies and possible kennel cough symptoms along with his anal glands that were severely impacted. Hats off to your on call veterinarian, she ROCKED!”
“I have a 3 year-old Golden Retriever who was recently diagnosed with mast cell tumor. A month post treatment of the MTC, I noticed swollen lymph nodes and went back to see the specialist who had treated him. The specialist would have required a week before testing the lymph nodes due to scheduling. I walked in without an appointment to UAC in uncontrollable tears. The front staff handled my anxiousness perfectly and gave reassurance. Dr. Lexi saw us right away and did an FNA of two lymph nodes. The results were positive for lymphoma. She personally called me with the results and expressed her sincerest condolences. Dr. Lexi will be the one who will be putting him down when the time comes. I have never felt more at home then after enduring such traumatic news from a staff who not only knew how to handle it, but also felt my pain as well. The staff at this clinic will always be viewed as family to me. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have them and their support through this terrible process. They truly love their patients and the patients' owners.”

“It was to my great dismay to learn that I will be charged a $65 fee after missing an appointment. At 8AM on appointment day I left a voicemail and again called 1/2 h before appointment time after not receiving a call back.
Dr. Doyens and his Staff provided us with an excellent service for 3 dogs and 2 cats for close to six years and we felt offended by this penny pinching.”
“We had to bring our puppy Achilles to this vet clinic for an emergency when our lil bully got terribly sick!! They were very friendly and so helpful, loving and caring to our puppy!! Took him right out of hands and started working on him instantly, they were able to find the problem right away and nurse him back to health in a very short time! We were so happy and grateful to have him back and back to normal!! They even called to following day to check up on him which was very sweet and thoughtful! Even though My wife and I we absolutely terrified from the experience it was great to have such a great staff and Dr. to handle our emergency puppy issues!!”

“Gave a 4 because they don't use chewie so i cant get my prescribed cat food through it. Have to drive aaaaaaallll the way to bradenton to get my cats food. Why its a 4 instead a 3 is because they give great service. They care about the animals which i can confidently say not all vets do. They are polite to me and my cat. Definitely worth the drive. I live in sarasota so its s 30 minute drive minimum. Theyre expensive though. If you care about price a lot dont come here. They will suck you dry and this time you wont enjoy it. The vet is great. At least the one i got. Theres 3 of them. I dont know about the others or if they even exist. They could be a myth.....”

They fixed him up in no time and we were out the door. Prices are also very reasonable. I will definitely return to Kindness Animal Clinic next time one of my cats has a problem”

“I brought my two dogs tank and Rocco one a blue nose pitty and other a chocolate lab. They had a play date all day daycare and had a blast! Leslie took extra time with my dogs as my lab is only two and he's a bit shy. I got updates and pictures as to how they were doing which was super cute and appreciated. I am boarding them soon For a week and after reading some of these reviews I'm a bit apprehensive :/”
