Ian was completely out of line when I needed help. Telling me “I can’t predict the future” when I had asked a question. what kind of customer service is this? Not only posting this on here to inform of his insulting behavior, but also reaching out to form a formal complaint with corporate. Ian, do better.

When entering the store, my wife and I were immediately and cheerfully greeted by Ian. From the git go we were impressed with his knowledge of the products and associated services. We wanted to upgrade our iPhone 12 mini’s to two new iPhone 15 pro. Ian took charge and very quickly migrated our old devices to the new iPhones without a hitch. Ian explained everything throughout the process. We are very impressed with Ian the the Victra organization he represents.

Austin was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and willing to help. He was up front with the costs for upgrading to a new phone and the time involved to make the changeover. Normally, I dread upgrading my phone because of the constant sales pitch and the salesperson not listening to my needs. Austin made upgrading a pleasurable experience. Thanks, Austin!
