This is the worst Verizon location. Go to the one in Lakewood Ranch or even the one off Tamiami Trail. This location is not run well. You have 6 people "working" and only 2 of them are actually working. The rest are walking around talking to each other and sitting in the back doing nothing. I never write bad reviews, but this store is run very poorly. Apparently it has a leadership problem and they need someone with more intelligence running the show.

I'm never going back! Because of the racist employees! After struggling for more than a month to return my internet equipment, I went to this Verizon store to get assistance. I waited for assistance for an hour after checking in, but the staff wouldn't even look at me or acknowledge me. Instead, they chose to walk right by me and avoid making eye contact. Given that they assist every other client but me—the only African American there at the moment—I can only believe the staff is racist. While I tried to be sympathetic, kind, and patient with them the entire time, they purposefully disregarded me in favor of servicing every other client who came in after me who just happened to be White. About twenty minutes after I arrived, some more African Americans visited the store. They, too, were left without assistance, so they decided to leave, but not before the staff made sure to assist the other customers around (white customers). Today, I'll be giving Verizon's corporate office a call to discuss this matter.

I personally recommend staying far away from the unprofessional Maggie! After sitting in the store for over 15 minutes a brand new customer walks into the store and Maggie immediately assists the customer while not even (5-10) minutes earlier advices she would be right with me.Her unprofessional behavior needs to be monitored and reviewed.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Walked in with my screen broken and was completely brushed off didn't even take my info when I pay phone insurance monthly for a broken screen, damaged or missing phone employees were extremely rude and judgmental and treated me like some scum off the sidewalk I went three days without a phone because of this location and their inability to do their job I've payed my every month like I'm supposed to but when it's time that I actually need it I'm told they want $150 down and treated horribly this location and it's employees are absolutely terrible

Pick any store but this one. They tried to charge me a restock fee of fifty dollars for a new Samsung that was shipped by Verizon as an upgrade and I was told they had no choice. I called corporate customer care and was told they should have waived the fee as it was a mistake in shipping by Verizon , needless to say corporate sent out the right phone at no charge. The man that did this could have cared less and had no interest in helping customers , and frankly is an embarrassment to the company and if he’s the best they can do they’re going to lose customers. Go somewhere they want to provide service, this store does not.

After many issues with a new phone order and speaking with multiple people on the phone I came in and worked with Madi. She was so patient and worked with me having to make multiple calls till I could walk out with a positive outcome. Having awesome people like her there keeps customers coming back!

Specialists, in this corporate store, who can give information about switching cell phone plans etc. My guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I forgot his name. This Verozin store was beautiful and had everything Verozin! Made me wish I hadn’t switched carriers!

I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service. My company had a Verizon business plan for 6 years. In early October Mark (business manager) reached out to me to discuss some services and promos they had. I told him I was interested in the 5G business internet. On October 19, 2023 I was in the store and placed an order for the 5G business internet, an iPad, and a 4G hotspot (remember this device). The hotspot I did not want but Mark told me to take it because it would not cost me anything. I should have know better when Mark was unable to properly calculate how much my future bills would be. My current bill was $230 and after adding all this stuff, I asked him how much my bill would be and he said $250... lol. Lets just say my estimated bills on the app were between $350-400. Nice.....Anyways lets fast forward. Long story short the 5G business internet was not working for us because it did not have a static IP address which we needed for our company. I spent 2 hours on customer service with Verizon and they assured me they would take care of it and get a static IP assigned...... they NEVER followed through on this. They even promised me on two different calls they would call me back...... that never happened either. Great job Verizon!So after this horrible experience we called it quits and switched to ATT, but the story doesn't end there. On 11/10/2023 I walked into the store to return the 5G business internet device and the 4G hotspot. I worked with a gentleman named Kyle. Kyle took back the 5G device but stated they could not take back the 4G hotpsot... he told me I would need to send it back to a different company. Send it back to who? He could not give me instructions on how to return and said I could not cancel my account until that was done. So he said he would speak with a manager and call me back the next day..... I directly asked him "Are you really going to call me back because I have heard that line before." which he responded "Yes I promise I will call you...... Well you guessed it, NOBODY CALLED ME BACK!!! Verizon loves letting their customers down with false promises.So here I am with a device I don't want and have no idea how to return and I am unable to cancel my account. I recommend staying far away from Verizon for business plans. This wasn't the first time they let me down.

Cannot express how grateful I am for meeting Will, the store manager. After 2 weeks and numerous hours waisted on the phone with CS reps, tech support reps, supervisors…nobody on the Version Head office level was able to help me. They basically gave me the runaround, unable to help and when they started digging into the situation they would disconnect our call on multiple occasions making me start the process all over again. As you can imagine, I had very little faith when I came into the store today but Will handled everything very professionally and promptly. It literally took him 15 min to figure out what the reps couldn’t after a total of 6-7 hours of my time dedicated to them on the phone. Will, I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart! You deserve a raise or a day off at minimum!

I was waiting for 2 hours, even I was there at 8:00 am. In 2 hours they resolved 2(TWO) cases. When I leaved was 9 on line. I never will return there. They are very careful with you until you become consumer. After that…….

I had a great experience today after a horrible one the other day. If you can ask for an associate definitely request Seth. Very patient ,knowledgeable, great personality, and overall super helpful. Changed the game for me and I’ve decided to stay with Verizon.
