I started the conversation with Jacob Zumchak on the phone a few weeks ago. We have 5 people in our family and wanted to discuss moving back to Verizon for our mobile service from another provider. From the beginning he was nothing but friendly, positive, professional and knowledgeable about all things iphones. He took his time with me which turned out to be lengthy as I have a daughter who lives out of the country and another daughter and a son who live out of town. He spoke to two of them individually and continued to follow up through the next couple of weeks as we walked through the hiccups with the previous provider. Thank you Jacob for all of your time, when you were off, time when you were on and then some, You're amazing and we appreciate the customer service that you have provided us through this experience. I highly recommend you and will to anyone considering moving to Verizon, currently with Verizon or purchasing new phones.

Fabian Ponce is absolutely the finest employee any company could hope for. As Manager he assisted me in navigating through a complicated billing situation. His professionalism , patience and "let's get 'er done" attitude was beyond anything I have experienced in corporate America. Don't let this guy get away from you Verizon. He is a keeper! I hope that he rises through the ranks.

I would not just say 5 stars. It was more like 10 stars. I was treated so kindly, not the typical at all. I had a few issues and they were explained! Not just "fix it...as so many seniors are treated! They are the best!

Best Verizon in Manatee County. This is a training site so because of that, there are always general managers or supervisors there to train. Very knowledgeable.

Had to trade in both my phone and my wife's for an upgrade. This process is something that I absolutely loathe. But I've also never dealt with this team at this store before.
I had the pleasure of working with Denell, which happened to be his first day. In my 20 years of being a Verizon customer, this was by far the easiest and and understandable experience by far.
Denell took his time explaining each of my options, he made suggestions that made sense without every pushing me (upselling me).
The day after my transaction, my wife had to head into the same store to bring our physical phones in and supply some additional documents. She had the same experience as I did, Denell had all of his notes ready to make sure that her visit to the store was brief.
I really appreciated working with this particular store and the team here and would recommend anyone that has Verizon as it's provider to consider using this location for your next visit

Do not go to a corporate store. They are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. These guys are AWESOME. Super helpful. And goes that extra mile to help you out. They care about the customer. The manager Michelle was so outgoing and friendly. Not one thing asked was handled so with outstanding care. Come see them. They will make it worth your while.

FABIAN WAS AMAZING!!! I called this location an hour before coming in. Right when I walked in I was immediately helped. Although I was there for a while purchasing 2 phones and updating my family’s phone plan, it really could not have been more seamless. Fabian clearly explained the entire cost breakdown of our bill, assured me that he was helping me get the best deal, effortlessly transferred all of my phone data AND is even helping ship a new phone across the country!!! Cannot recommend this location and team enough. Thank you Fabian!!

We walked in at 7:15 at night with a (to us) crisis on our account....they close at 8. Jessie was so helpful and calm and explained all the details for us. We left better understanding our plan and breakdown of charges. This store is beyond helpful and knowledgeable.

Stopped by at 10:10 a.m. 11/13/2023. DOORS LOCKED AND NO ANSWER TO PHONE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! TRIED TAPPING ON WINDOWS, STILL NO RESPONSE!
