They are always late in the morning! It’s 9:20 AM. They were supposed to open at nine!! This place totally stinks. Totally unreliable.

This is the best customer service of any UPS store I’ve ever used!! Hats off to UPS Store 0108 at 7466 Cortez Rd W in Bradenton two wonderful gentlemen working there helped me get my very heavy box ready for Amazon return. Thank you gentlemen!!! You are the Best!!

Great customer service and friendly! Aakash is so nice and went above and beyond to help me out 3 different times with getting some legal forms notarized and faxed for me! Highly recommend this location in West Bradenton.

Says the store closes at 5, you get there, 10 minutes before 5 and the place is closed and locked up, change your hours to 4:50 because you definitely close before 5PM, thanks for the inconvenience

Have accurate hours of service. Sitting out front of store nearly 35mins after supposedly open time and everything is still locked down. Either open when you say or adjust your online hours of service to avoid wasting customers time..
