I love this easiness of this store. The team members are very helpful and knowledgeable . If I have a return for Amazon ~ the set up is self explanatory and I get a machine receipt. Nice and quick. I go a bit farther out of my way to go to this location because of the above.

This store in particular, has gone over and above in customer service. I have been in when they are packed, and the service is top notch. I paid special attention to how they worked with and treated a wheelchair bound elderly person that needed extra attention, and was so impressed. Professional and personal would be the words I’d choose for this store! Oh, and kind.

I came to the ups store to return an Amazon item & I got here 5 minutes before they opened. It's now 8:20am & still not open. Unprofessional!!!! The man didn't even apologize for being late. 75th & Cortez rd.
