I will never return to this location. After spending $61.85 to send a document via 2 day delivery it didn't arrive. In fact, it didn't arrive until 6 days later. I called. No refund. And the woman I spoke with was rude.

The store has a strong plug-in air freshener that makes me ill every time I go there. It’s worse because I have to stand in line and wait. The workers there are kind and friendly, but there’s always technical issues with their computer the last few times I’ve gone in there and I have to wait longer because of that. I’m currently sick and have a migraine from being in the store. I have a medical condition that makes me more sensitive than a normal person though. I’ll be looking for other options in the area because of the air freshener

Walk in for notary- which they offer. Hear one of the associates telling another that they “cannot find” whom ever does the notary service… then they come tell me “she’s busy right now”. 🙄 I say “you mean you cannot find her”. To which they begrudgingly agree. UPS may want to check that the employees clocked in are actually on site and working the hours required of them. Not to mention outright lying to customers.

I had a really great experience at the UPS Store, thanks to Jessica and Erika. They were both super helpful and friendly. Jessica knew exactly what I needed and Erika made sure my stuff was packaged securely. They went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. It's not often you get customer service that good, so I really appreciate what they did. I'd definitely recommend this place, and thanks again to Jessica and Erika for their help.

I hate leaving poor reviews, but if you can go to any other access point I recommend it. Our packages often come late, which I understand happens and I can tolerate that. However, if it’s a day late and we are no longer home for a week because we travel for work, this site is unwilling to accommodate even just one extra day of holding your package. They rudely refused and told me to call corporate when I asked them to hold our very small box of a single medication explaining that if it had come on time, I would have gotten it. Corporate called the site and also couldn’t believe how unwilling to help they were trying to be. Corporate did tell them they need hold our package and that it should never be an issue like this. Hopefully they do.

The assistant manager(what a joke)Jessica needs to find another occupation. Customer service and using common sense are not her strong points. A simple package dropoff and pickup she made into something complex and difficult. Ill never waste my time there again.
