Love this store, transactions are fast on point and they try n safe a buck where possible.
I’ve had times in a rush i emailed from my truck picked up documents in 30 minutes and a few times they comped a pg or two. This store cares more for the customers than just the fast $. Very personable friendly and genuine staff always willing to help if needed.
Again one other time I had so much to bring in they literally stopped the presses and sorted my issues out… best customer service ever!

I received rude service from a ups store on cortez and 75th so I can to this UPS Store on 75th and Manatee. The girl helped me my return and even packed it up for me. I felt welcomed and not an inconvenience. I will drive out of my way to come here from now on.
