Ever heard of a UPS that can’t ship packages? Neither have I until now. I was returning an item with a label provided by the seller which listed this specific location as a shipping partner and was refused by the associate there. She told me that they “don’t ship anymore” and to “google locations that can help me” when I asked which locations do. I have shipped packages here before, exact same return situation and was assisted accordingly no problem. This specific associate didn’t even bother making an attempt to assist me. Her mannerism from the start was very unprofessional and rude. If this is the kind of people UPS wants to be represented with, then consumers beware.

I hate their split hours!! I drove there around 2PM and they were closed. Hours are 8:30-11:30 and 3:30-6:30! I had to go back again!!!

Instead of delivering my package today they let it sit in there warehouse until Monday . In acceptable and they r closed on Saturday and Sunday

If I could leave no stars I would!! Had a delivery that was supposed to be dropped off on 12/28 supposedly the driver knocked on my door and no one answered, meanwhile my daughter was home on the couch waiting for the delivery, called up to ups local branch and spoke to a supervisor KIM she tried to defend her driver as all companies are going to do and claimed he left a delivery notice on my front door but never got that either… If you have the choice do not use Bradenton UPS very very unprofessional and then lie to you to make it seem like you are in the wrong! SMH gotta do better UPS

Fast turnaround easier than using a ups store. Here you can use an account to ship items. At ups store you cannot.

They are so fast! Every single employee at the front. I don’t want to give one more credit then the others because I have had no problems with any of them. They are also open on Sundays! It couldn’t be any easier to return packages from Amazon. Just make sure you are prepared! Labels printed (or they can do it for a price) tape you’re boxes or screen shot you’re Amazon codes a head of time because there Wi-Fi is a tad slow! But honestly do that and you are all good!

My delivery person is Ryan.He is the BEST! He always goes above and beyond! Very courteous and helpful.I trust UPS for all of my important mail and deliveries.

Went here to pick up a package, which was at this location, the lady at the front even confirmed it….but I could not pick it up? It has to be delivered tomorrow, apparently, so I can sign for it? Which is funny because someone else at the house will be signing for it, but I could have actually signed off for it WHILE I WAS HERE??What kind of logic is that? So now the package will sit there for no reason and the driver gets to make an extra stop, all whilst someone sits at the house ALL DAY LONG waiting to sign for it. Even though it was just less than 30 feet away from me. Modern day logic is so fascinating! Fascinating is the correct adjective..right?
