I have been to this location several times since they hired a new manager. His name is Julian and he and all the other associates there are so friendly and helpful. I had a very important letter to mail and they helped me with that and with the Amazon returns I had. I have other stores closer to me, but I would gladly drive a bit further in order to get the kind of help I got at this store. They deserve 10 stars in my opinion.

Three young guys working here. All share an absolute level of incompetence In any simple task. I just needed to print 6 pages for my tax records. Prints them and hands me a stack of paper. I get home and realize that he left pages on the printer, but he pocketed my flash drive. I call and talk to someone and when I get back. ZERO information has been relayed. One has my flash, one has my paper and zero communication that they completely botched any level of service. Moral of the story, it would have been easier to buy a printer

My mistake I didn’t get the guys name who helped me, but he was awesome and he must’ve helped five people in less than five minutes. I would hire him for my own business if I could great experience would go in again anytime

Jacob at the UPS store was fantastic! He helped me mail back two items, labeled them, and generated a tracking number for insurance purposes. Friendly service and efficient handling. This UPS store is our go-to spot for returning Amazon packages and mailing items. Highly recommend!

The store was clean and orderly. My wait time was minimal as the team was quite efficient. Nico guided me through the process of shipping my sunglasses back to the manufacturer. He was friendly & informative.

Cudoʻs to Jacob at the Lockwood Ridge Rd location for an outstanding job, from the time I walked into the store till, in a very short time, till I walked back out , having shipped a large and heavy item.
