The women that work there need to work in a cubby void of people somewhere else or sent to a rigid and extensive customer service training. Wow! Always the same body language and attitude as if no one is supposed to go there. How dare we show up! It almost feels intimidating to go there, well no, it DOES feel intimidating to go there. My goodness, if you hate people and your job, maybe it’s past time you look for something else, but surely customers should not be subjected to this ice cold treatment from people who clearly don’t want to be there. One is worse than the other. Just miserable. This store is the closest for many of us, but it shouldn’t make you apprehensive and filled with anxiety just thinking that you have to be tended by the staff here! Unbelievable!

I had a horrible experience at this store…. blonde lady behind the counter was super rude , with a very bad attitude!!! I couldn’t not believe people are rude to their CUSTOMERS.I work in Retail Field for many years it’s unacceptable bad customer service, I don’t understand!!

I have returned sooo many items to amazon at this location and they never give me a hard time. They are efficient and extremely knowledgeable as well. They even called me to come back one time when I had left packages (worth hundreds of dollars) there on accident! This is my favorite ups location to go to!

Spent $214 to overnight & surprise family with a ton of pastries & food. Bought Sunday night dropped it off Monday at 8am, now I’m being told it won’t be there until Thursday. Lady says UPS stores isn’t corporate that it’s a third party & can’t track & figure out what’s going on. Unacceptable & will not be going through this store or UPS in general.
