I used U-Pack for a recent (small) move from CO to FL and it was a seamless experience! The drivers on both ends were friendly and efficient and my cube arrived in perfect condition along with the contents. Will definitely use them again if I need to do a long distance move!

This service is well worth it as long as you can do the packing/unpacking. Communication is at the mercy of each distribution hub though. The Bradenton hub was a 5 star player, communicative, accurate and thorough. The Duncan, SC hub less so. The trailer delivery was a bit sloppy on logistics and physical drop. The unit was emptied and called for a pick up on Friday, its the following Wednesday afternoon and no sign of it moving out of the driveway anytime soon. No idea when pickup will occur. Overall, a good experience and good value considering the alternatives.

Have used UPack three times now. So easy to communicate and schedule. Each Relocube delivery driver has been friendly and on-time. Customer Service is easy to get ahold of, talk to, and set up delivery/pickup. Wouldn’t highly recommend them to everyone who needs to move a small amount (Relocube 6’x7’x8’) or more! ?

The best moving transport ever. I use the service to move my house furniture from Canada to USA. If you follow the instructions everything else is flowing smoothly. You are responsible for loading packing and unloading the rest is their responsibility and they do a great job. You pay exactly for the space that you use nothing more. The service is professional and their drivers are the best. Overall the best experience ever. Strongly recommend this guys.

I cannot rate these people highly enough.First, they were the only ones that actually let me get everything done online, even got a price, all in under 5 minutes. PODS & PackRat required you call to complete & get the price. (Is it 1998 still?) That was 45 minutes - each - I'll never get back (and all their various charges, oy!).They do the pod thing, too, but I was uncertain how much space I needed so, the trailer option fit the bill perfectly. You fill it and pay by the footage used. Simple. I needed 18' it turns out. Cheapest by far.I had a move planned from Florida to Metro Detroit. The trailer drop off went great, the driver called about 60 minutes before & again about 5 minutes out. Very sociable, friendly, very busy, too. Dropped a 28 footer exactly where requested. (Friday afternoon 9/15/23)We loaded it Saturday & Sunday, they picked up on Monday. Trailer was in Detroit that Thursday (3 days transit instead of expected 5-7 business days). It made Michigan before I did (I had a few stops).Then my apartment fell through. I call them and they were so chill on holding it since it wasn't actually due there until the weekend anyway. Shifting gears, I arranged a storage place, then one quick call to U-Pack got the trailer dropped off right outside my unit on Friday(9/29). That driver called me to confirm the address and storage space unit #, which he had already checked with the storage facility operator. They picked up the empty on Monday.On top of all that, the price was exactly as quoted in the beginning, no additional fees at all.I cannot recommend them highly enough. In fact, I'm going to apply for a job with them once I actually get settled in Detroit.

Superb service from start to finish. Moved from Florida to Ohio. All pod drop offs and pickups on schedule. No damage whatsoever to contents of the pod. All drivers courteous and helpful. Fair price. The best!

I ordered a 5' trailer for my 1 bedroom and they sent me a 23' trailer that wouldn't fit in my driveway. When I called and explained I needed a smaller trailer, closer to the size I actually paid for, they ran me through 45 minutes of "what if" and "maybe we could" before finally agreeing that there was no way to make the giant trailer work. Eventually they swapped it with a cube for no extra charge, though I still had to push my delivery date a day causing me to move all other reservations like movers and hotels and such a day as well which was a pain. But.... like.... what residential house could ever fit a massive trailer like that I don't know what they were thinking.

Oh man, where do I start? I moved to Florida from Wisconsin, and originally was going to use Uhaul. My Fiancé's mother told me about ABF Freight and U-Pack. So naturally I looked into it, got a quote, and found out it would be cheaper than Uhaul. It nearly saved us $1,000!!!Now, I naturally was worried about the timeline of events such as, delivery, responsiveness, the care of my items, etc. Every single time my nerves got to me and I made a call to U-pack's customer service, I was met with a friendly, compassionate, caring individual. Every single time they reassured me on everything, answered all of my questions directly, and they made me feel comfortable with my belongings being in their care. They were able to work with me and my travel times/schedule. Even called me and asked when I wanted my items delivered!!!Now when it comes to the unpack naturally I was extremely worried about my items being damaged. However, upon my pleasent surprise, everything came out of the crate in the exact same condition that they went into it. They were jostled around which caused some of the cardboard boxes to be bent a bit, but when will you EVER move and not have that happen? All of my glassware was in pristine condition (because of my pack job and their care), clothes were still clean as there were no pests, my furniture didn't have a single additional scratch, etc. I can tell the driver's take great pride in their job!!!! Kudos to them!!!!! Over all, I cannot begin to express how happy I am with these guy's services.I, 10/10 would recommend them to anyone moving across state lines, and will 100% be using these guys again during my next big move!!!!! Great job!!!! I would have chosen more stars but it only allowed me to chose 5.

The gentleman who dropped off the trailer and showed me how to set everything was the same man who hauled it off to the transfer point. He was very funny, very nice and very, very helpful. The gentleman who dropped the trailer at my new location was also helpful in contacting the local office to have a ramp dropped off, as I knew there was none in the full trailer. Not a few hours later the ramp was dropped of by another driver, a lady who was also personable and helpful getting the ramp off her truck and set up on my trailer. The price I paid to self load a trailer and then have it delivered was extremely fair, given that I would have had to have made at least two trips with a moving van..8 to 10 hours one way, plus gas! Highly recommend for the DIYer.

I will compare apples to apples.UPack versus UHaulWe have used both of them for our moves. UHaul for the last one, UPack for this one. Yes, we have moved twice in last two years.Both the moves were Long Haul (about 2000 miles).We used the exact same quantity of containers (i.e. two).Cost: UHaul is very expensive compared to UPack. UPack has the most value for the service provided. We paid about the same amount of money for them; BUT UPack price covered door-to-door delivery compared to UHaul, which was the same price but it was 'warehouse' to 'warehouse'. It is a GREAT PEACE of MIND when you have door-to-door delivery.Customer Service: UHaul has HORRIBLE customer service. Every time I called, I got an attitude as if they were paying me to do this move. UPack agents were not only professional, but very courteous; at their customer service center AND at the local warehouse locations.Time: UHaul - We had NO IDEA when things were coming. They were very inflexible when it came to accommodating our request for warehouse pick up (even though it included 30 day storage). UPack was very consistent in their entire process, and kept us in the loop from day 1.Overall, I would recommend UPack over UHaul, any day !

From the customer service rep to find out about the service to the drivers of ABF freight trucks, everyone associated with U-Pack was super nice, friendly and very helpful.I had a slight delay with my shipment in transit and the gentleman I spoke to in the evening said he'd investigate when they opened and let me know the following day. He called back as promised and my container was only delayed a day (but was still earlier than originally expected).Extremely satisfied with the overall experience and it was a LOT better value than any of the other container services! I will never move using anyone else again!!!
