Many customers find it better than other self-serve washes around, noting it is clean, fast, and easy. The soap is good and the spot-free rinse works great. It has credit card access and a change machine. However, some note issues like the self-service cycle time being too short for the steps required, a tight parking lot for trailers, and occasional malfunctions like empty soap tanks or non-working dryers. Customer service callbacks can be slow. The facility is unmanned, so reporting problems is necessary. Most would highly recommend it for a quick wash.

TERRIBLE pressure washers!! Wasted my money and left with soap all over my car. The guy in the next bay was having the same issue.

I swiped my card, washed (power wash) my truck 4 floor mats and my 4 wheels ONLY (NO BROOM), when I stop the machine $2.50 Thank You... looking my bank account right now they charged me $10.00 BE AWARE
