I have been trying to upgrade my SUV to be as good as when new. I made an appointment with Milex for a transmission service and other repairs. While I was in the waiting room, Bill Granger, the shop’s owner (and its mechanic too), asked me to come and look at my SUV which was already up on the lift. He showed me that the transmission oil he had already drained was totally clean and did not need to be replaced. I did not remember until then that I had had the transmission fluid changed not too long ago by another shop. I asked Bill what should happen then since he had already started the job. He said that he would replace it back and would not charge me for a service that I did not need. Well, that is what I call great and honest service.

Instead of taking advantage of a family in a bad situation, Omar and Mary and her husband did everything that they possibly could to help us and even fit us in and repaired our car the same day and got us on the road back to KY! 10/10!
