I recently moved to Bradenton was coming from a family event recently and stop by Thorntons at your business of 4820 on 64 at 2:06 am.I walked in and asked if the business was closed and the relpy was No. I grabbed two coffee cappuccino on my home. I walked to the the cashier counter as was rudely was asked if, I was going pay cash or credit? I replied, does it matter? I assumed the business accepts both? I received a quick rudely response, I'm asking that's why? I responsed does that really matter, I believe this business accepts both currency. The young gentleman responsed with a aggressive manner, I want a answer. I replied your acting rude and unprofessional. I'll be contacting corporate office to advise very poor service.

Company talks about integrity but lack there of in this location (706). From the store manager and her 3rd shift buddy prostituting out the store and even with under cover sheriff's officers and HR is cleaning house of every hard working dedicated employee but the 2 main problems. No company policies are actually followed in regards to employee rules and benefits it's a fiend for yourself look out for yourself type of company.

Jonny is super helpful and considerate. I got mom's dog a tiny 2oz cup for a drink 96° out. He got a bowl, filled it with cold water, and put it down in front of her, then went back to the register; didn't wait for a 'Thank you'. A good guy.
I would/will go out of my way to go to that store, instead of 'the quicky mart' by our house.

I get gas, morning beverage here. Homemade cookies are amazing. The staff is always helpful. They have prepackaged sandwiches that are good also.
