10/10 recommend. I called around several places that couldn't give me straight answers on parts and pricing or pricing was ridiculous. I then called The Hitch House based on their reviews and their customer service was perfect! they did the wiring and hitch install on my 2023 Jeep Wrangler. They broke down the exact cost, no funny business And have really fair prices, best price I was given. It took under an hour to complete And they got me in within 48 hours of my inquiry. Save yourself the hassle and go to them!

Hitch House saved the day!I drove 2 hours for a U-Haul appointment in Sarasota only to find out that U-Haul couldn't install my hitch because they didn't have any openings even though I had booked my appointment online and pre-paid days earlier! U-Haul offered to give me the parts but it was going to be up to me to find an installer, or come back weeks later when they had another opening. Luckily I contacted Hitch House!!! Ryan was the ultra professional and got me installed in less than an hour (including wiring) even though I didn't have all the parts after all. Ryan and Wayne even stayed late on a Friday to make sure I was taken care of. I highly highly highly recommend Hitch House for all your hitch business.

We were having trouble with an existing bike rack and the folks here helped us out. They didn't need to, as we didn't buy the hitch or the bike rack there. Huge shout out for the help and advice!

So came in on a Saturday to have my battery tested. Cory who was extremely hard working and helpful literaly had a line to the door and was by himself busting his butt on a Saturday afternoon! Being a business owner myself I know that this is not fair. To the employee or the customer being that I have been siting here for a long time watching him take care of all of the other customers as well as tend to the habitual phone calls. Very disappointed in whoever is running this particular location.
