The office staff is unprofessional and unreliable. Office staff did not pass on messages, did not follow up on my requests, and did not update my information as requested. Office staff and contact lens department were negligent in following up on a request for lens, when they finally arrived they charged $1000.00 more that the other clinic that I called to get a backup set from. I requested my records and signed the release and am still waiting for them. It has been one week exactly, and I just called to request again.

would only recommend this place if you’re ok with waiting around for lengthy periods for no reason. after seeing the nurse who gave me my prescription they had me wait 45 minutes in the patient room to see the doctor with no update what was going on. When the doctor eventually came in his manner was somewhat rushed and lacking. i had previously tried to attend an appointment here at the afternoon but they were running about an hour behind schedule so i had to reschedule. basically only go here if you have a lot of time on your hands; it’s otherwise fine and the train photos are kinda fun

Office staff unreliable and negligent in their work. Would not recommend this clinic. I was overcharged $1000.00 for a set of lens. I ordered the same lens from another clinic and received them faster and the price was around $850 whereas Eye Depot took almost two weeks and charged approximate $1850.00 for same exact lens. I requested and signed the form for release of records and never received them, I have called twice since to get them sent here or a digital copy to no avail. I now will personally go over again and wait for them to process my copy of the records

The eye depot has giving me vision into my future sight! Dr Christoper Stelton repaired my eyes from Diabetic damage and continues to make my treatments very easy and comfortable to deal with! Dr William H McSwain was referred to me by Dr Stelton for my Cataract surgeries for both eyes. Dr McSwain has done a incredible change to my vision by completing the Cataract surgeries! I would highly recommend The Eye Depot to anyone seeking help for their vision and eyes. Note that I live two hours away in Hernando County Florida and travel to The Eye Depot from Spring Hill Florida to see the Doctors at The Eye Depot !

I have gone there several years. Had my cataracts removed there. I am under the care of Dr Pope. He always does a complete examination and makes me feel that I am under the best of care.

I would suggest you go to Dr. William McSwain for cataract surgery. He is very professional and has done over 12 thousand cataract surgeries. He has done my left eye. Doing great. My right eye next week. I wear tri focals before. Wow, I may not need my glasses after the second eye is complete. I ❤❤❤ the fact everyone in the office is so helpful and professional.
