I brought in an old iPod to get a new battery. Sean was great with the repair and very patient as it became tedious at times. My device is working great and the battery life has quadrupled. Thanks Sean for all of your patience. I highly recommend your shop!!!

I went to this place based on recommendations from my fellow yelpers so Thank you! Great customer service from this place. We called on a Saturday for a pretty complex repair - front and back of iPhone screen cracked. They were able to finish the repair by Monday and only because they were closed on Sunday. Competitive pricing too for screen repair or replacement. Cheaper than most places I called. I'm one happy customer!

Got recommended to this shop by the employees at Best Buy as they said it was one of the best repair shops in the area. William was very informative and handled my screen replacement/upgrade for my laptop very well. Would recommend this shop to those looking for quality professionals that can work on their devices.

I took my iPhone 12 pro max here to get the back screen replaced and I ended up having to get a totally new phone because their repair destroyed mine. I'll start off by saying that they did fully refund me for what I had paid them, but I still had to buy a completely new phone .After the repair my front screen had a pixel that was broken, my back camera no longer worked, I ended up having to get a completely new phone because the internal software for my phone was damaged from their repair. After days of driving back and forth and them trying to charge me to fix the damage they had caused this place does not deserve one star.

Came in with a brand new iPhone 13 Pro Max thinking it was toast from a storm surge. Phone wasn’t turning on with either charger or power button Took it here and no less than 10 seconds he did a quick reset on it and my phone was back up and running. Would recommend this location 100%

Terrible service! Avoid this place! Brought in an iPad and told me it would be done the next day. Two days later still not repaired. Take your business elsewhere. This place is a joke! Employee did not come in till 10:40 when shop was supposed to open at 10:00.

The back of my iPhone 12 Pro max shattered. I got it repaired the same day that I dropped it off. Extremely affordable. Looks new. I no longer have to feel like I have a crappy phone!!!

Great products and service! I had attempted to install a screen protector on my phone only to have disasterous results. Shawn graciously installed one in seconds...show off ;) and could not have been nicer. Definitely recommend Switch wireless for repairs, service, and products.

I went here with a phone battery issue. Once I told him I was a computer tech before he show6me how easy I could do it myself. The business is honest. Not something I can say of 2 other local repair shops I've used.
