My mocha was perfect and the service was great. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing.Parking: If it's really busy, the best thing to do is go to the drive thru.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors don't open automatically, but you can get a wheelchair through the door.

Not only have all of the prices increased to a point where it’s ridiculous but they can’t even give you your moneys worth! I paid $8 for a sandwich that barely had any turkey on it. Not even half of the sandwich had meat, for $8!! It took me over 20 minutes to get a refund through the Starbucks chat. And on top of all of that, they tried to only refund me for the cost of the sandwich and tried to keep the money I paid for taxes. The drinks may not be an issue for Starbucks but the food has been every single time I’ve ordered from them. For the price I paid, the product was terrible and the customer service in chat was even worse!

I go to my favorite Starbucks at least twice a day and I had to go to this one a couple weeks ago and was extremely disappointed I ordered through the app so the instructions are clearly there to read in my coffee was horrible

This Starbucks Patrick he's the manager has a great staff and Patrick is a great manager keep up the great work. The food and drinks are delicious clean coffee shop and clean bathrooms. The atmosphere is wonderful and music is wonderful too.

I am a frequent customer. I mainly use drive-thru. This day, I met a client and had coffee. We had to go outside because the nats were constantly flying in our faces. The staff is always friendly, and the service is pretty fast. I just don't want to be swatting nats while meeting, eating, and drinking.

WORST STARBUCKS EVER! I went to this location one week ago on my way home at night and the first time i was in the drive thru no one answered me i assumed they were closed as i exited the drive thru i saw 3 employees standing inside talking in a circle so i drove back around when i entered the drive thru again i said hello and the girl told me one second. There was no one inside or in the drive through so i waited she told me to go ahead my husband stated he wanted a mocha cookie crunch frappe and she said what and he repeated himself she said she could hear him he repeated again loudly and as she stated again she couldn’t hear him and that she can’t understand him. At this point he was practically beside the speaker she rang him up and i order my coffee we went to the window the girl had an attitude but we were still friendly and apologized for having to open our door instead of the window because we just tinted our windows. She ignored us and took our money. She then asked if we wanted a stopper and confused i stated we didn’t order any hot drinks she then told us that that is what i ordered and I don’t understand how many times we repeated the order and she still incorrectly rang it up then blamed us. She rolled her eyes and said she will make the frappe when we got the coffees she sent ANOTHER girl to give us the coffees. I have always stopped at starbucks and enjoyed my experience until this night. I contacted corporate who said they sent over the complaint to the manager i just hope he corrected the issue. We have all worked customer service at some point and it is not hard to just give people simple respect.

I was treated like a criminal for using the bathroom for more than 15 minutesI had a IBS attack went to use their restroom and someone kept banging on the door every 5 minutes and I kept telling them I would be out as soon as I couldWhen I finally exited the bathroom I was treated as if I was some junkie shooting up in there when I was simply trying to go to the bathroomI will never return to this location again unless I get a formal apology for being treated this way by management.They told me it is store policy to keep knocking if the person doesn't come out after 15 minutes which is utterly absurd. Some of us have medical problems. I kept yelling one minute. I am mortified that this was also done in front of other customersI've had a kidney removed a gallbladder removed and other various health conditions that cause me to have to use the bathroom frequently and I shouldn't be treated like I'm some Junkie just because the location is off of 14th Street West.I spend thousands of dollars at that location annually.I expect something do be done about this and will be contacting corporate.

Well to speak the truth, we've been to just about every Starbucks in the area and interacted with dozens of baristas. This young lady at the drive thru was about the nicest and most polite person we've encountered at any drive thru.She tops them all and takes customer service to a whole other level. I'd hire her in a heartbeat. Didn't get her name but she was on duty around 4:pm at the 53 rd Ave and 14 th Street location in Bradenton.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The guy on shift was pretty much working by himself and the other 2 girls were clueless. Especially Natalie upfront, had no idea what was doing and clearly needs training. Even the small things she did do she moved like molasses! Have been waiting for my order for 15 minutes. This is crazy. Please get more competent people on staff.
