Don’t bring your vehicle to this place unless you want them to ruin the wheels.
About four hours ago I took my vehicle to this facility to get a tire patched. And I just noticed all the damage.
The last picture shows what the wheel looked like prior to the service.

Hace alrededor de 4 horas lleve my vehiculo a este lugar a ponerle un parche a una goma. Y me acabo de dar cuenta de todo este daño

***Update 08/30/2024
Went to the facility at 7:30 in the morning and spoke to a manager. He inspected the rim, accepted responsibility, and explained to us about why that damage ocurred. The owner was not available to speak to us at that time so we had to come back at a later time.
We returned at around 11am when the Owner Roberto was there. He inspected the rim and claimed that the damage was not caused by them. After a brief conversation. He agreed to either reimburse us for repainting the wheel or that he would keep the rim and find someone to fix it. He however, wanted to show us how he could “remove” the scratches using a polishing compound. This type of product cannot be used on matte surfaces because it will make matte surfaces shiny. Additionaly, the scratches are too deep to be removed by a polish. Mr. Roberto continued to polish the rim without any positive result. The scratches are still there. I declined his method of “fixing” the rim and he got angry and began shouting insults at us. At that point, we decided to leave the facility. Without receiving any type of apology or real solution to the problem they created.
Mr. Roberto is a terrible person who lacks professionalism and basic human decency. And he treated us horribly without any type of respect. And if he treats customers like that. I can’t imagine how he treats his employees. He should be ashamed of himself and apologize.

Love this place. I was in and out of the shop in 15 minutes. Just had to fix a flat. It was only $15. Very friendly and great service.

Use to be a good tire shop but last three times they let other people go in front of you while you waiting almost a hour when the owner there they don't do that use to go there every week for my company trucks now I'm looking for a better tire shop

I decided to try this place based on the positive reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. The reviews do not reflect the actual performance. This place primarily caters to the same community, and if you are not part of it, expect poor service. I had to wait an excessively long time and ended up paying more than expected. This review reflects the current situation accurately. Think twice before going there.

The dis a great job balancing & mounting 4 tires on my truck . They were fast, great price, and balancing was perfect. Will be using them in the future...was a real pleasure dealing with such a friendy group guys !
