Promotions expire the same day they give them.to you and have to be activated in your app so that next time you shop you can get a coupon if you spend 50 dollars or more. Not a good promotion. They are also are a couple dollars higher then competing office supply stores.

There is a group of people waiting for this location to open. They say 9am but here it is 9:20am. Because there are so few locations, most of us drove out of the way to get here.

Crabby, preoccupied employees. When I asked a question about the app, they were very impatient with me. Plus, the selection of printer ink is dismal and required me to purchase a combo-pak, of which I don't need both cartridges. Super frustrating experience

I love the Staples because it’s at a great location. It’s clean. The staff is professional and friendly and helpful and I always find the products that I need and I shop there quite regularly sometimes almost weekly. I highly recommend Staples!

I have an event on June 1st. Having completed all the preliminary work I scheduled my printing online of my brochures for May 27th. Unfortunately for some reason when I received the printed $100 copies they were surprisingly frayed at the fold seams. I spoke to employee who said that it was a design flaw. Needless to say I am not a wizard when it comes to designing brochures so I went to the manager Eric. He kindly instructed me how to make the corrections. His print and marketing manager Marco and I went back and forth via email with corrections until the brochure was printed flawlessly with perfect seam. I am so grateful to my Staples for their assistance with my project especially the print and marketing manager Marco and store manager Eric who went above and beyond.

Understaffed store and unhelpful employees. Ive been printing at staples for over 10 years and Ive always had helpful and caring staff. My project was in the que line and I was slightly early they could have printed my 25 pages quicker than it took the 3 of them to stop and argue with me. I was the only person in the store and I would have delayed the next order by 3 Min. Ive even ran in for an on the spot printing many times for work while traveling and been treated like a valued customer. They acted as if my request was criminal

You buy a printer with the extra warranty and they can do nothing for you as a small business owner. It will be the last thing I'll ever buy from them! You as might as well wipe your butt with any warranties they sell you.

I went here to have something printed off my phone to send a return back. A gentleman named Marco helped me and he was great. He printed everything for me and taped up the box affixed the labels. It had to be shipped through the post office but he went above and beyond. Very happy with the service I received. Would definitely recommend this store
