Met the male and female owners assessing damage after hurricane Milton. They opened as soon as physically possible soon after we met. Gracious and thankful attitude for God blessing so many when the storm was expected to be worse.

Just don't. Nasty people. They made a mistake on an order and said I didn't pay for the extra meat. I said it's on the order clearly for extra meat, and I dont mind paying for it. They could care less about it and wasn't going to redo it. Said to go somewhere else. Nasty for no reason.

The employees are rude and extremely impatient, including one very specific member of the team, no visible prices, and extremely poor cleaning practices. Their bathroom has not been cleaned thoroughly and every single time I come in here, there’s always a problem. Do not ever stop here. The circle K traveling east on the same block of FL 64 has an outstanding management team and employee team. Circle K has Very friendly and personable staff. Shell will never receive my business ever again at this location.

If you see a black lady with purple hair, LEAVE! Trying to look at the menu and she's yelling "sir" and "ma'am" loudly and repeatedly, I got tired of her rudeness and yelled "what ma'am?! we're trying to read the menu!" and walked off. Apparently I was louder than her because the whole store was staring at us. Good, lots of eye witnesses, because she needs to be pointed out for her uncalled for rudeness.

I visit here often in area working. Employee Tonya is an absolute delight, personable, polite, and keeps store clean. Kudos! And including, Linda & Tina.Update: Jackie should not be within Customer Service. When asking a question about carry out pricing she was overly rude, talking over me three time, and then condescending remark to follow, did not want to tell me her name. Then she just had to mention, "You would have gotten cheaper if you hadn't said anything." You don't communicate to customers in this manner. Just answer the question w/o all the nasty comments.
