I purchased a car wash and noticed standing water as I drove in and a terrible smell. I called the station thinking they would want to be notified and instead was told that I was the one with the problem!

Kamal is the best representative of any shell ever. Always goes above and beyond to meet customers expectations and needs. The rest of the crew follows suit and always go out of their way to provide outstanding service. No point going to any other location.

Do not use this Shell station. The car wash spit dirt and grime all over my car and when I told the owner he said my car was fine and the car wash was fine. Then while I was figuring out what to do a man walked in and said his wives car was covered in stuff from the car wash and the owner gave the man back his money immediately. Do not go here! It is not safe! The owner is a bad man!

Don't go to car wash, never had a problem until tonight, got the works & there was no air drying this time.. just mentioned it to the clerk & he immediately thought I wanted money back & yelled at me "NOTHING WRONG WITH CAR WASH" "NO GIVE MONEY".. I told him I didn't want any money back, I just wanted to let him know there was something wrong with the car wash.

I got cussed out because I asked about an expired car wash. Who knew a car wash had 7 days before it expired? Place is a dump anyways I will just use @Wawa from now on!

Very rude, owner came out cussing and yelling at me because I was parked by the bathrooms for 5 minutes. Very dirty place

The last 2 times ~ pay at pump let me add my info for my perk 5 cents & 15 cents off per gallon ~ then I add my gas card , then does not work , pay the cashier inside , but then I lose my perks , until they update & or fix their pumps , I will pass

I am a local I will stay from this Shell. Car wash sprayed water. Telephone disconnected could not contact no one. Gas had water in it.

I can't believe this place is in business, By far the nasty place ever. Especially the restrooms talking about disgusting and the customer service by far the rudest of them all.. I will never spend a dollar again or one red cent in that store.. Best of luck

Today 1/2/2022- Horrible place.There is the worst customer service I saw in my entire life.DO NO USE THIS CAR WASH. ALWAYS SOMETHING IS WRONG.THIS IS THE WORST GAS STATION SERVICE IN BRADENTON.I DO NOT RECOMMENT THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Love my Shell Perks but this is the nearest station to me with the worse customer service. Why is it my fault you don't ask your customers if they are loyalty members before checking them out? That should be part of your spill during every check out to make sure your customers get all their savings ? instead you asked why didn't I mention it, rudely at that...
