I had my transmission fluid changed and oil changed they have the best mechanics and service advisors in town. Everybody is very kind and listens to your needs. They don't try to sell you more services that you don't need which I appreciate. I live in Sarasota and couldn't find any place around here so I don't mind driving the distance.

I just wanted to say we're lucky to have this full service station in our neighborhood. Customer service is second to non. I recently had a tire problem. It was fixed in no time at an extremely low price. Thanks again for fast efficient service.

I dropped off my truck for the annual checkup. I was told several things were wrong with it, so I asked for estimates. 5 Hours later I did not hear from them, so I called. A female answered, said may I place you on hold and did not wait for my answer. 3 minutes later she came back on the line and I asked her for the estimates. She said you have to come get your truck and talk to the mechanic. I said just give me the numbers. She said you want me to give you the breakdown on each of them? There are too many! Come get your truck and talk to the mechanic! Very, very rude! Once I got home I called to say that I had an appointment Monday to drop off my car and I wanted to switch it to the truck to get the work done. Her response was Oh my God! Worst customer service ever! We have been going there for years and now we are on the lookout for a new mechanic. Once she is fired, we will be back!

Recently I got a car wash w/refueling.As I was vacuuming before the wash I misplaced or vacuumed the car wash receipt. "Whoyagonna call?" Employee, Gary w/a red shirt shows up, gets a key, crawls on his belly, inhales a cloud of debris only to find out that the receipt wasn't there; so he goes to the desk and gets my credit card and discovers the payment. He then comes back outside & aids the car wash operation for me.Really? Really? This was America 70 yrs ago & there are still workers willing to go the extra mile?!Thank you Gary & to the family owned Shell station.

On vacation and leaving in a couple days but picked up a screw in my tire and had a slow leak in it. We didn't notice it til just after 7pm. Aired it up at a corner gas station and thought I would have to wait until the next day to give it the attention it needed but happened to notice this place open a few blocks further down the road. Pulled in and asked if they could plug it for me and they didn't hesitate and said yes. Had me plugged, aired up and back on the road inside of 15 minutes. What a lifesaver, we still have a 12 hour ride ahead of us but I am alot more confident about the trip home now. Thanks SO much.

As a local resident of Bradenton I want to brag on the amazing customer services and friendliness of this place! Greeted upon entry and as we stood in line the friendly and welcoming cashier indicated that her computer had crashed and it was going to be a few minutes. As we were waiting an elderly woman came in and asked if there was someone working the gas and the cashier very kindly asked if she needed someone to pump her gas, she replied yes and they had a gentleman immediately outside to assist her. He not only greeted her he pumped her gas and cleaned her windows! There should be more people this kind and more businesses operated this way. Gold star for you all! It’s nice to know good people and customer service still exist in a world so full of hate and ugly!

I'm not one to write reviews but after the 3rd time of buying shrimp and they are all dead by the time I drive home [5 minutes] in an aerated bucket, I will drive the extra 10 minutes and go to Annies!!! I even asked the guy today about shrimp dying and he said they had it fixed. if you are looking for live bait stay away!!! If you want dead shrimp at a premium price and convenient location come here!!!

We were down in Florida on vacation and took a day trip to the Bradenton area when our alternator went bad. We were told to try and get to Begley's before it died, and literally made it to the intersection right in front of the station. Damon and an associate came out and jumped the car, then proceeded to determine the issue. He went above and beyond to help us out, saving our vacation. They got the car repaired and back to us the next day, with great communication and timeliness Damon could not have been more helpful or kind. I cannot thank you enough - you made what could have been a bad situation WAY better!!!! A thousand thank you's!!!!!
